On Feb.6, 2022 I ordered 6 Green Bay Packer hooded sweatshirt dresses. The order total was over $262. Over a month later I received 6 shirts, nothing like what I ordered. I have tried to contact the company so I can return the items for a full refund. Five e-mails and I have not heard anything. Tried to phone but the numbers are not in operation. Don't know how else I can contact them..Initial Complaint

The business is The Geek Gifts. Idem number ****** floor rug, price $114.00. I left them messages online tried to call them on phone, haven't heard a word from them only one. They said on line thanks for you order. And waiting on a tracking number. And processing it. It should have been already processed and have a tracking number by now. I think it should be processed and shipped already.That is to long for it to be not processed. They should have keeped in contact with me. I would like you to check on my order and make sure they are a real business. And why it's taking so long to process and ship my package. I purchased 2 sweatshirts online from The Geek Gifts on 11/25/21. They gave me an order number. They also mentioned that I would get an email to confirm the order. I never received any email from them. They did quickly pull the money out of my account. I waited a little over a week and sent them an email and also called the company with no response to either. I did leave a message and my phone number when I called and asked them to call me. My wife also called with no response. December 17th and I still haven't heard from them or received the clothing I ordered. So they have my money and I have no response as to the status of my order. At this point I want a refund of the price I paid for both sweatshirts. The total was $78.22. Thank you for your help.Business response

I ordered and paid for a queen hoodie from this business back in February for $47.94. I never received the hoodie or any kind of refund from this business.
