I purchased an online offer through Wilderness Coffee Roasters/ Blue Pine Specialty Coffee website ********************** an order of 3 coffee bags for *** (Order*********). I had purchased with this company many times before and even though sometimes it would take a few weeks to receive the product, I was happy with the product and service. But this order was placed on March 14, 2022, and I never received the order. Additionally, a month later (April 14, 2022) I received another charge (order*********)and realized that it was a monthly subscription, for another 3 bags. Whether this was an accidental subscription on my own, I never received the product the first time or the second time. Neither did I receive a response from the company. Every time I sent a message, I only received automatic replies. I tried to reach the company on April 6, April 13, and April 17 at least. It's always the same automatic reply and there is no other way to reach out for help. I have two charges from the company: One of $***** settled on March 15, 2022, and another ****** settled April 15, 2022.
