On January 14th I paid $250 for Instructor Lead Salesforce Admin training that should have began on Jan16th, 2023. Jan.16th came I received nothing regarding the training, another day passed still nothing so I begin to call the 800 number on the site and left several messages Someone finally answered and said let me give you the number of someone who can help, unknowingly it was the ***************. I was looked over for the class. I did not get any details of the time or day of the training until day three. They told me to catch up on all the trainings. I was waiting for some type of Itinerary or something. Suran had *******(HR) email me the videos I missed along with the next training. When I logged into one of the trainings I immediately realized they were from *****. After trying to follow the first video I immediately messaged ***** and told him I could not understand the trainer so there was a language barrier issue that made it more difficult to even understand after about 5 to 7 days I realized I could not continue with this training. I was already 3 days behind,the language barrier and lastly the hours of training due to the time zone. I respectfully asked for my money back first to ********, she stop responding I reached out to Suran he directed me back to Sulkapla. I have been getting the run around from all of them. When I first enrolled there was no indication that the trainers were from ***** and there wasnt a refund policy noted on their site. When I went to their site today to my surprise now they have a no refund policy. Im sure that can be researched as to when it was enforced I would have never signed up for this course. The address listed on the site is misleading because it made me think the training would be by someone in the States. I want my money back as I feel this is a reasonable accommodation when you factor everything mentioned above.
