On 12/23/23 I filed an RMA claim with TeamGroup for a "TeamGroup T-Force Delta RGB **** 48GB White DDR5 memory kit" that I purchased and was still under warranty with. I filled out all relevant documents on their website and received my RMA number. I was instructed to pay shipping out of pocket and mail to their ************ RMA center in **********. Fortunately I live close to ************, so shipping was not expensive and would not take long for them to receive the item (only 2 days according to ****** It has now been 11 days and I have not heard a word from the company. I have tried reaching out through email with no response and to add insult to injury, their website malfunctioned and a customer copy of my RMA number was never emailed to me as it was was supposed which means I cannot even check the status using their "automated RMA repair status" function. This brings me to why I have been emailing them constantly without any response from their team. I paid over $400 for the memory kit and I would like answers. I would also like to know when I will receive the replacement memory kit and I would like a customer copy of my RMA number. The **** tracking number for the package I sent them was ********************** and it was mailed via ****. My email: ********************** was included in the package with my broken merchandise and I clearly attached all relavent documentation with the goods. The company has no reason to ignore my requests or inquiries other than acting in a nefarious manner or operating under bad faith. I can understand not getting a response for 72hrs but for a **** figure company, there is no excuse.

I purchased 1 stick of Teamgroup Elite DDR4 16GB Single 2400MHz computer memory from Amazon last February. In late December/early January I started getting blue screens and crashes, eventually the computer refused to boot. After troubleshooting, I determined the Teamgroup memory was at fault. After removing it, it booted successfully with no further issues. I filled out the *** form on the Teamgroup website, and sent in my memory in mid to late January. In early March I finally received a replacement. The computer refused to boot with the replacement memory stick. I attempted to troubleshoot and tried in different slots and resetting/upgrading the **** with no effect. I replied to the *** email and got no response (I sent another email this morning). I need a replacement within a timely manner or a refund of the money I spent.

I sent a stick of RAM that was under warranty in to be replaced and it's been almost a month and a half and I still haven't received anything. I've emailed multiple times and called but no response. I would love for them to send even the malfunctioning stick back, since I would rather get that back than have it stolen."TEAMGROUP will send back to you within 10 to 14 business days after receiving your RMA product, but it does not include end of life and out of stock products."

Re: Order ID: ******************* To: ****** Executive Staff & Team Group Executive Staff I am writing to you because I am being taken advantage of and unlawfully defrauded out of my refund due to mishandling of a product return. I returned the order described in short as TEAMGROUP *************** Kit for the laptop of my secretary at a law firm I manage. The memory upgrade was for a desktop which prompted me to return, in person myself, to the facility below. Mind you, an unopened, sealed package. Your company has claimed they "discarded" the originally returned item. Claiming the item returned is an "older version of the product" you claim, you mailed to me. I demand I get the same opportunity to investigate and show me evidence that I returned an older version of this memory. Your company will not get away with suggesting that you verify the product shipped upon shipping it to me, but then turn around and dictate to me. I do not get the same opportunity to see what you claim I returned. The evidence is said to be "discarded" and I have to take your word for it that I scammed ****** and lose $*** dollars! I returned this to the ****** hub below, which verified the product before sending back to your headquarters. My family, and my business, are loyal ****** fans and this is NOT okay or acceptable as a mediation or arbitration to returns. I assure you, under oath, I returned exactly what was shipped to me. If you cannot show me evidence of anything otherwise, I respectfully ask for a refund immediately. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/15) */ Updates on 04/13/2022. Team Group has asked******* seller support team to issue a refund to******. The refund application was submitted and a refund will be issued to****** soon. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/04/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) They were amazing in their ability to rectify the issue. It was actually ****** who was at fault. Despite team group actually taking most likely two loses, ****** discarding the correct item and refunding me, they still did the right thing. I'm proud to say I will be doing business with team group for the rest of my future
