I attended a paid group class via tele conference hosted by ***********, This course was offered for ladies that experienced family trauma in their past and looking to heal from painful life events. **** advised me to reach out to her because she would love to speak with me further. I received an email with instructions regarding my 1st consultation and her preferred payment is Cash App. I was advised that the class that I paid for on Jan 19th will be sent via Dropbox (which I never received) and advised me that normally consultations are $150 but she is offering a reduced fee for $100. I sent the $100 on Jan 22nd and sent her a screenshot of pymt. On Jan 22nd, I received lengthy instructions to follow prior to my appt that I followed. My appt. was scheduled at 12 pm EST/1 PM AST via Skype. On ****, Deva was 30 minutes late for our appt, I reached out via email at 1:13 pm re late appt. I received a Skype at 1:40 pm. Despite her unprofessionalism, I proceeded with the appt. She recommended additional consultations. I received an email on 1/31 re consultation prices (monthly rate-4 sessions for $450 or $165 per session). I chose to pay $165 per session, paid via PayPal to Skylark Spirit. After receiving payment, I received another email on 2/1 stating prices are a 1st month offer and normally prices are $1000 or $250 a session. Something didn't seem quite right, so I sent an email expressing my discomfort about not receiving full disclosure prior to sending my pymt. ***** reached out apologized, and promised to honor weekly consultations. I have not received service. I reached out via email asking for service or return of funds. She has not responded. I filed a dispute with Paypal with no resolve. I have screenshots from Skype and an email from Deva promising to deliver services but when I reached out she has ignored all of my emails. I asked for my money back and no response. I am reaching out to my attorney and local police to file a police report.
