      Technology CU has teamed with ****************** and ********************* Solar to provide us with a loan and solar system that has be a nightmare. You have 100's of people contacting. You have scammed so many customers along with ************ I believe it's called Predatory Lending!

      Attorney Generals from at least 8 states have requested you to stop payments during litigation for ************..however when we call, you just give ** the excuse "we are investigating into this.
      Follow suit, do as The Attorney General has asked and own up to the predatory lending.
      Tax credit scam, APR going up after no pmt of the tax credit ******** tax credit by the 17th payment) now my APR is up from ****% to 26% by the time my loan is paid off! Was never told by salesperson of this,
      PREDATORY LENDING!
      Someone needs to help the thousands of people.

      I have been a loyal customer of TechCU for many years and I'm very disappointed with how the handle my fraud claim. The branch manager and the team at this San Jose (Bascom branch) are not helpful. I am a victim of fraud/identity theft. They don't have proper protocol to notify me of any unusual activity/unauthorized withdrawal over $100,000. Their negligence caused them to put the blame on theur customers. If I know this is how they treat their customers when push comes to shove - I would take my money and bank with other bigger banks sunch as BOA, Chase, and Wells Fargo. After this accident, I don't feel safe or secured. Until they help me do further investigation and help me resolve and refund my money back to my account, I **** NEVER refer my family and friends there. I am very UNHAPPY, SAD and very disappointed!

      We have reviewed our previous correspondence with you and re-affirm our decision to deny your claim. After you disputed certain transactions, we conducted an investigation and provided you with the documentation upon which our decision is based. Out of respect for your privacy and our legal obligations, we **** not provide a detailed response to you in this public forum.

      Since your initial transaction dispute, we have maintained open lines of communication, met in-person with you, and been transparent about why we denied your claim. As we have recommended, if you feel that you have been a victim of fraud or identity theft, we highly encourage you to file a complaint at IC3.gov and any other government agencies you feel appropriate. Tech CU **** fully cooperate with law enforcement and any subsequent investigations.
