I purchased the $499 mining package at a discounted rate of $399 through an email offer I received. I was hesitant, but the site said 14 day money back guarantee, so I thought if anything at least I would get my money back if it doesn't work out for me. I'd like to add how this was last April during the hight of the pandemic. I used every last penny I had because I was guaranteed to make money every day mining ***, so I thought it would be a great way to get back on my feet after loosing my job as a travel agent during the pandemic. Well, I paid the $399 and nothing- ever! I sent emails, "incident reports," text messages, left voicemail's. Nothing ever! I finally went online to where I had first read all of the great reviews this business had, through ********** and I left a very honest one star review explaining that I got scammed and no one would contact me back. I heard back from someone named "******" stating that he would fix my account that I was not able to log into through their site and that they had just been very busy and behind. I got very hopeful and excited at that point and immediately went to log back into the ICM website and that's when I saw my account had been completely deleted from the site. I then received an email from ********** threatening to remove my review immediately because ******** stated that I never had an account with Instant cloud mining and if I couldn't provide proof of my account number and more proof then my review would be removed! So that's how he gets away with getting rid of his bad reviews!! Except I was prepared! I had taken screenshots of EVERYTHING, including my account number and log in info! So I sent them proof of everything and my review should still be on there but I was to upset to even check! I've seen many people on ******** posting that they were scammed also and one man asked if I'd be interested in starting a class action suit which I am and that's when I realized I never filed a report with you!Initial Complaint

My boyfriend and I out of desperation of becoming broke in the upcoming days, due to the both of us awaiting ssi disability in fear of our next steps have been watching bitcoin evolve and discovered what we thought would be a wise investment with the last of our money we both bought the 279.00 basic edition that gives 12 or 24 no. Options that ending costing total 379.00 for each contract. We purchased from a machine in our store coin cloud, I have all transactions saved Nov. 18 at time of sending bitcoin, we've reapetedly through every contact method for a week with not one reply we are heartbroken and scared of our upcoming financial hardship, I guess the way I was raised this kind of business just should never be, its just aweful . The one glimmer of hope is the not functioning site says 14 day money back guarantee but it also states 100% uptime and I have yet to see 1 % thank you BBB for helping to protect the little guys maleia stewartInitial Complaint

I paid for a ********************** contract called their ultimate***************** for ****$ usd and it's supposed to be instant activation and refunds are within 14 days I paid the contract never started they are a registered business I asked for a refund this was 7 months ago the said they were having issues or something that's not my problem they need to refund me my money now or so help me I'm contacting the **************** as well as the ************** what they're doing is a federal crime and it bill **** that they are taking advantage of people trying to invest in something there theft put me in a severe financial position for months what is wrong with people I'm contacting you because I thought you could shed some light on the Bussiness to people being a organization that cares put it on the news or get them shut down ****************************** The email I provided is my user registration email I hope you can do somethingInitial Complaint

I bought the Advance Contract on 8/12/2021 The payment for the contract went through but when I tried to activate the account nothing has changed and the website will not update any information. I have tried to call, email, and tried the app ********* which they suggest. I have not received any type of response. They received payment. My app has not updated and I have not received any response.
