WE HAD A PACKAGE THAT NEEDS TO GO OVERNIGHT EXPRESS. WE PURCHASED THE ***** AT $538 AND CALLED THIS FACILITY TO ASK SPECIFICALLY WHAT TIME CAN WE DROP OFF THE *** PACKAGE TO MAKE IT BEFORE THE CUT-OFF TIME, THE AGENT SAID 6 PM PST. OUR EMPLOYEE DROPPED IT OFF AT 5:15 PM TO BE SAFE AND THE PACKAGE WAS SCANNED IN AT 5:15 PM WE MONITORED THE PACKAGE AND IT LEFT THE FACILITY ON THE SAME DAY, BUT WAS NOT DELIVERED UNTIL THE 2ND DAY. I CALLED IN AND SPOKE TO A MANAGER WHICH APPROVED OF THE REFUND IN FULL, AND CREATED A **** # FOR ME. HE SAID FOR ME TO CALL BACK IF THE REFUND HAS NOT WENT THROUGH AFTER 2 BILLING CYCLES. TODAY WHEN I CHECKED AND THE REFUND HAS NOT POSTED, I CALLED BACK AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NO DOCUMENT ON FILE OF THE APPROVAL AND THAT THIS PACKAGE WAS DROPPED OFF LATE AT 5:15 PM INSTEAD OF 5 PM, THEIR CUT-OFF TIME. I WORKED AT *** BEFORE, THEIR EXPRESS PACKAGES ARE PICKED UP AND PROCESSED *** AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED THE NEXT MORNING. *** IS TRYING TO SCAM IT'S CUSTOMER OF MONEY REFUSING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITIES AND REFUNDING THE AMOUNT AGREED WHEN CREATING THE ***** AND USING THEIR SERVICES. IF THEY CAN DO THIS TO US, HOW MANY MORE HAVE THEY DONE THIS TO? IF THERE WAS AN INVESTIGATION, WE WILL FIND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS BEING SCAMMED FROM THIS COURIER. THE AGENT REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE MANAGER WHO SET UP THE **** NUMBER FOR ME. THEY PURPOSELY TRY TO AVOID REFUNDING AND COMING UP WITH EXCUSES. THE **** NUMBER IS Case #: C-********** THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND OUT RIGHT ILLEGAL WHAT THEY NOW SAY IS THEY WILL CREDIT US THE $178 WHICH IS ANOTHER RIDICULOUS CHARGE. WE PROVIDED THE CORRECT DIMENSION, YET NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT IS BIGGER. THE DIMENSION WE USED IS THE SAME DIMENSION OF THE **** THAT WAS SHIPPED TO US. THIS COMPANY IS SCANDALOUS AND SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEYBusiness response
