      My Eco Flow Generator stopped working. Called **************. Emailed document to fill out. After that I received a case number. CAS-********-******. They told me to wait ***** business hours and they would send me a shipping form with the address attached. 1 week went by, called customer service and did not help me at all (Check Trust Pilot reviews). I then went to ************************** (HQ) .No eco flow offices in the Building . Went to ***************************************************************************************** offices inside. I exposed this online on Trust Pilot, as of last night, the ************************** was no longer an HQ for ECO FLOW. ************************** will be next. Then I looked up San Francisco HQ. Called the phone number and went straight to beep beep beep etc:. No longer in service. Finally they emailed me a shipping ticket with an address without a Heading. It simply had **************************** **********. Went onto ****** and found the address with the phone number ************** EXT #***. I was told that they don't repair ECO FLOW generators at that address. I emailed ECO FLOW again and currently waiting on a response. This company has a lot of false walls that I will continue to peel away like an onion. I urge you to look into this company. They will respond to trust Pilot. Mine is ************ Take a look.       I contacted EcoFlow on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024 to let them know about issues I am having with my Delta Pro batteries. I use these batteries to supply power in my grooming trailer and at this time I cant get them to charge, making it difficult for me to work. Ive done everything that EcoFlow told me to do. I sent an email to them on Monday, June 10th and again on Wednesday, June 12th informing them of the situation. I have not heard back. These batteries are a very important part of my ability to operate my business. One of the batteries is 2 months old and one is 6 months old. I have already had to send one battery back for replacement because of issues. These batteries have not been reliable, which I need, and should be covered under warranty. Since they have been unreliable I would like a refund for my 2 Delta Pro batteries with voltage hub and 2 additional Delta Pro batteries. I would like EcoFlow to provide boxes for these units and I will gladly return them.Regarding CRM:0004550006174 in the emails with them

      Company is unwilling to fix product even though they are still under warranty. Has not contacted me during working hrs only in the middle of the night, despite many calls and attempts to speak with someone on the phone during their hours of operation.

      I bought a power station from Ecoflow on November 27, 2023. At first, it doesn't happen for about a month. However, the problem started to happen after 2 months. 1. I bought this product to power the refrigerator of the vehicle while I was moving around. I have a problem that only for the vehicle, but the vehicle doesn't charge. There is no problem with normal home charging. But I wouldn't have bought this product if it didn't charge in my car. I filed an objection on 1/31/24 and was told that I could fix the item or refurbish it only yesterday. But I now know that Ecoflow products are a problematic brand. After a month, I have to return because I can't trust this product anymore. After they fix the product, the same problem will keep repeating. Because I have a similar experience here last fall. I have a similar experience of returning the item in a month. So I need to return Thanks

      After much research, I bought the EF Delta earlier this year, mostly for overlanding and emergency prep. Maiden voyage was this summer, and it performed admirably for 2 days until the 12v connector melted, rendering the unit useless and forcing an early return home (and spoiling $200 worth of food). Keep in mind my usage was 100% within the spec of the unit. Sent the 1st support req on 4 Aug after finding many similar complaints online. Got word back on 6 Aug saying this was a known issue and that a new, sturdier cable would would be sent asap. I requested two in case the failure happened again several people mentioned getting two cables after submitting their own support reqs but was denied. Asked for expedited shipping, which was also denied. The replacement? Lost in transit. Not EcoFlow's fault, but they didn't acknowledge until 27 Aug. Finally sent a new cable a week later, which landed 7 Sept. Took the new cable/old unit out again a month later and, sure enough, the **** melted again, but worse: another ~$200 worth of food PLUS a $100 replacement of my DC ****. Sent a new support req on 22 Oct. Crickets until nearly a week later, when they said they must have sent the old cable by mistake (whoops!). New one would go out right away, and they could reflash my unit...but I'd have to send it back to them first, which requires weeks and the original box I no longer have. (It should be noted that the box comes with a big label indicating that you should keep it in case of warranty repairs...which should have been a red flag from the start. Do we EXPECT failure with a $** battery?!) My counteroffer: send a new (non-refurb) unit with new fw/cables. I'll send the old one back in the box the new one came in. Or, barring that, give me a full refund. Seems reasonable, no? Their answer: sorry, it's our policy. Moral of this story? Support a company that stands behind its products and prioritizes customer service. Steer well clear of EcoFlow and its cheap ****

      I bought a portable solar charging unit called ECOFLOW RIVER PRO, within 30 days of having the unit it began to smoke one day and almost caught fire. They state to have a 2 year hassle free warranty. I sent the unit after much sway in communication from the support. They now are telling me I sent a unit that was different from the one I sent. And only refunding me $299 when the purchase price was $650+
