On 2/1/2024 I purchased 2batteries for my Geocruiser DXmotorized wheelchair at a cost of $560.00 as of today 2/26 I have yet to receive the batteries. My voicemails have gone ureturned.Initial Complaint

Over the past 7 years we have purchased 3 of their wheelchairs for my wife's use. She loves the chair, but we have had problems with parts breaking that cannot be fixed without getting replacements directly from them. When I try to contact the company, the do not answer the phone. A recording says they are busy helping other customers and instructs me to leave a message or email. I have done both. DOZENS AND DOZENS of times, maybe hundreds. The do not reply. They don't call back, they don't answer email. They don't respond to messages left on their website. They don't respond to the "live" chat on their website. I have been tryin to contact this company for over a month. THIS TIME. We had problems with the second chair we purchased and had the same trouble trying to contact them.Initial Complaint

My mother purchased a Geo Cruiser about 2 years ago and now needs replacement batteries. The batteries are proprietary so I ordered them from the Pathway Mobility website. I received an order confirmation with the status "Pending" on both the payment and the fulfillment. 8 working days later, I cannot get a person on the phone, emails go unanswered, voicemails are not returned, the "live chat" goes unanswered, and my mother is immobile without the chair. It is unacceptable the company has sold an expensive wheelchair with a proprietary battery solution and will not provide customer support.Initial Complaint

A little over a year ago I purchased a Geocruiser portable power chair from this company and after several operational issues with the chair that finally got resoolved i find myself without an operational chair once again. my chair stopped working 2 weeks ago and as a paralyzed stroke survivor I greatly depend on this chair. I have tried to reach them by phone and email and sent in their support form from their website even chat requests have gone unanswered. They do not have local vendors for service or psrts. Ive paid a 3rd party to look at it and the issue appears to be the joystick which I have found available on their website but since it is listed as nonrefundable I want to make sure Im ordering the correct one.
