            In August there was a deal if you refer someone to the gym you get 3 months free. I referred my roommate and never received any free months. I asked them about this in December (waited three months) and ****** stated he will ask corporate. I never followed through with this and have no idea if he even called corporate. I never received my three free months. My other example is I asked to discontinue my trainings. **** persuaded me to pause my account for 2 months. One month later, on February 20, 2023 I was charged $720 for my trainer. I asked what had happened since I paused my account and was told it takes 30 days to pause, so this will be my last charge. I understand the policy now but also made it clear this policy was NEVER stated to me when I agreed to it and asked for a refund. I was told **** would ask corporate. I learned my ****** to not trust the middle man and will call corporate myself today using the number on ufc corporate online and it only redirected me to my gym. I talked to ***** at my gym, and she gave me the same number that I called initially that was an automatic message to my current gym there was no number for corporate.

            I highly recommend that you DO NOT USE this gym! It's a scam! I would give a zero if I could. While the facilities are nice and the team is friendly, if you cancel they will double charge your card and then make you have to chase them to get your money back. I've talked to 4 different people, called, emailed, and now I have to go into the gym to get my money back because they charged me $500 for cancellation. Not including the time and energy I've spent driving back down here because we moved away and they can't be bothered to help. I highly recommend that you DO NOT USE this gym! It's a scam!
