WARNING ******** via email, owner makes agreements to then renege and not follow up. I paid for an extended warranty specific to this location which is a 1.5 hour drive both ways. This company has consistently pushed back repairs & even fixed/charged for components not approved. Roselli Foreign Car Repair implemented a pour install on my Maserati Gran Turismo, of which there's few remaining with the ******* engine. The engine ended up being a rebuild. They striped parts on the instal. I had a second repair company contact owner/******* for support. The second ****************** had to correct & educate him on how to repair. They don't follow up or provide updates, which eventually affects your warranty. I've even brought them extra business trying to convince him just to fix what was remaining/promised before my warranty was up. They always said I had plenty of time. Now my car has been there for almost a year. They agreed to fix/install it if i cover cost of towing & parts. The initial cost was $68.00 & I agreed. Then it went to $400+, then $800+, then over 1K, then over 5k. They even had me drive all the way to pick it up, to tell me they had a faulty part and it was not fixed. This was already after months of waiting, even said it had been ready for pick up for a while... just never told me. I had to get a rental car to get home. I've also picked it up to only turn around & take it back, they don't fully repair. I reported Roselli to the ******************** Repair, Roselli agreed to repair once more, then reneged again. It's been sitting out front oxidizing for almost a year, now they no longer want to fix it, leaving me with lost business, rental cost, toe fees, insurance, & now i need to buy a new engine. The parts they use to replace are in worse condition than the broken/existing. I had a separate body damage claim, they gave me oxidized headlights with burnt out bulbs, scratched parts, replaced my new hood ornament with and old one, and swapped/worse parts.
