      On July 31st, I went into the ** Kitchen showroom location in ********, **********. I was looking to place an order for a kitchen remodel project. I asked the employee how they ensure the material dimensions would fit and she told me someone would come to take measurements. The employee assured me that the money would get deducted from the order. The next day, a female showed up and supposedly took measurements of my unit. She asked me to "****" $100 to her personal phone number to pay for the measurements and also assured me that it would get deducted. I then received a quote on the materials and noticed that the $100 was not deducted. I called the ** office and was told there would not be a refund because the girl who showed up to take the measurements is from a construction company with a different name and I'd need to hire them to do the labor if I want to get the $100 deducted. Mind you, this girl works in the ** office, never identified herself as being from another company, never provided a receipt, no business card, nothing. So they are lying to customers and misrepresenting their business to scam people.

      We placed order for a vanity (30" W) with top and sink at KZ Kitchen Cabinets&Stone. The vanity top size should be 31-1/4" x 22-3/4" from the sales order receipt. But the vanity top we received is 32"x22-3/4". This length difference makes the vanity top longer on one side and not symmetric. This also affects our normal using with other parts in our small bathroom. We tried to contact with the merchant but their customer service said they will change the description and size info in their system without providing any solutions to our issues. They later said their product size varies based on their worker when they cut the top. Very disappointed to the product and service at this store.

      I made a substantial purchase of SPC flooring from KZ Kitchen Cabinet and Flooring on Sales Order Number #S134231, with transactions dated 10/30/2021 for $6,162.63 and 11/10/2021 for $40.86. The flooring product was marketed with a 30-year residential warranty, indicating its expected durability and quality.To ensure that the flooring would last as long as promised and to fully comply with the terms of the warranty, I went above and beyond during the installation process. I laid a new plywood underlayment over my existing subfloor at a cost of approximately $1,700 and used the ************* Waterproof Premium Plus 10-in-1 Underlayment, which cost around $1,200. Additionally, the labor cost for the complete installation process amounted to approximately $10,000.Despite all these precautions and financial commitmentstotaling an investment close to $20,000the vinyl planks began producing a concerning squeaking noise just a few months after installation. Initially, I thought this could be a short-term issue, but it has been over a year, and the problem has only exacerbated, affecting multiple areas of my home.I have reached out to KZ Kitchen Cabinet and Flooring on numerous occasions, hoping for a satisfactory resolution. Regrettably, their responses have been unhelpful, evasive, and devoid of any constructive solutions. The lack of support and denial of responsibility by the company is highly disappointing, especially considering the substantial financial and time investment I have made based on their warranty promises.Given the situation, I am left feeling deceived and aggrieved, facing a faulty product that is nowhere near its promised performance capabilities and a company that seems unwilling to honor its warranty or offer any meaningful assistance. This has caused not only financial loss but also emotional stress and inconvenience.I am reaching out to BBB with the hope of receiving support in facilitating a resolution between KZ Kitchen Cabinet and Flooring and myself. I am seeking a full refund to ensure the product performs as promised for the duration of its expected lifespan.Attached are all relevant receipts.       In January 2022 I hired KZ kitchen to remodel our kitchen. The remodel was completed in one week. After one week we bought our appliances and started using the kitchen then noticed that the kitchen sink was wet after we wiped the sink thought there was a leak we called KZ kitchen they sent a plumber twice the leak was still there causing water damage to the new countertop I called KZ kitchen agent Dallas who is our contact person I realized that the faucet itself is defective and need to be replaced with another faucet different than the one that is faulty.Dallas said he has a different faucet for me and I informed him he need to send a plumber to instal the new faucet because I had paid for the job in full which he agreed. A week had passed and now KZ representative Dallas is not reutrning my call and when I call he does not answer. I left many messages and as of yet not returned my call. I am still washing dishes outside to avoid more water damage to the area around the sink. I need Better Business Bureau help so that I can start using my kitchen sink which I had paid in full toKZ Kitchen to get remodelled. Right now I am unable to sink and doing all washing outside and need help right away. Thank You.

      Transaction date 7/17/2021 Amount ******* I ordered a whole new kitchen at this store. Cabinets, appliances, countertop, et c. Based on our kitchen blueprint the KZ salesperson did all the calculations for the cabinets' order as well as appliances. He processed the order and we paid for everything. The oven's receipt # ******* (Customer Contact Info******************) clearly states that there are no returns. However, the oven the salesman ordered and we paid for is too wide and does not fit into the cabinets he also ordered. Now, this salesperson doesn't work at KZ anymore and after going twice to KZ they told me that there are no returns and want me to tear down the cabinets, pay more money for another set of cabinets so that the wrongly ordered oven can fit. I have now spent over ******* for this kitchen (ours is a small townhouse, not a mansion) and refuse to pay any more. I only want to get the money back for the oven and go somewhere else to buy an oven that fits.
