    On September 28, 2021 I purchased furniture (two night tables & a dresser) from All World Furniture , ***************************************************************** I purchase these furniture items on line & was told to pay in full. The total cost being $3610.75. I was promised the items by December 2021. When December came, I was told the furniture would now come in January 2022 due to COVID. The end of January came however still no furniture. When speaking to All World Furniture, the man said that the furniture was now in the port of ***********, sitting on a barge waiting to clear customs, again due to COVID. He could not tell me when that would be. This went on until the end of March. He finally said that the items would be available at the warehouse in ** on 4/25/22. He would pick up the items, transfer them to his store & palletize them. After palletize, it will take 10 days to transport the items to me. He would keep me posted. He never called & the furniture still never came. He never followed up. I continuously had to keep calling him. He kept giving me a story & now didn't even know when the furniture would come. I then told the man that due to the fact that its been so long & he couldn't tell me when it would finally come, I now wanted my money back!. He agreed & said he would credit my credit card. This never happened. I would proceed to call him & he would give me a story that he did not know why I hadn't been credited & he would call accounting and get back to me. He never would get back to me so I had to keep calling him. I was getting the run around all summer. I still do not have my money back or any furniture.

    My experience with All World Furniture and ******************* has been dreadful, and I am disappointed that this type of fraudulent practice is permitted in **********. On October 1, 2023, I ordered a set of Valencia BONDED Leather Chairs (Red) and paid $355 via my credit card ($205 for chairs and $150 for shipping). On October 25, 2023, I reached out via email to understand when they would be delivered since I hadnt received any information. I left a voice message for **************** despite a recording that said messages wouldn't be returned (not great customer service!). I finally heard from ***** a week later after I suggested filing a complaint with the BBB. He assured me that he would refund my money since he could not fulfill the order. I had disputed the claim on my credit card through my bank and let them know that the refund would be coming and that they could close the complaint. I trusted ****** word big mistake!I am still awaiting my refund even after numerous emails, phone calls, and text messages with ***** in November and December 2023. It seems other customers have had the same experience as highlighted in Yelp reviews. My next step is to pursue legal recourse in court.
