I have bought and paid for a Dinning table in November 24th during thanks giving. We found the same offer at two different places. We bought it at Direct factory furniture. Now even after 6 months after paying the money we are not getting the table delivered. We lost the deal on the other place. The table cost has been doubled now every where. So I feel like the Owner keeps on pushing the delivery date for the table given the cost has been doubled he sells that particular set to other customers and keeps on pushing my delivery date. He simply says either wait or cancel the order. If we cancel the order we can never get the same deal if we go to a different shop we do not have same deal. This guy kept on saying that the table delivers after 2 weeks and after a week he keeps on pushing it back.Business response

I waited for 4 more months after it. Even after so much period the seller just is not giving a concrete answer on when he can deliver the product. Every time he gives a probable timeline and when I call him he pushes it further. This has been going on for months. Also now the table of I want to purchase it's at double the price I purchased. Given my economic conditions what choice I do have other than to wait. What I want from the seller is a concrete date which he cannot miss delivering the table. The factory has pushed the date and we can only give an estimate but reassured you will get your products pretty soon. You're on the top of the waiting list for the Mid June container shipment. If there's no further delayed you will be getting the product upon inspection of this container and the next container is August so the product is still active and we're still trying to fulfill the backlog. Thank you for your patience thru this challenging supply shortage since Covid stared. They keep telling me i am on top of the list and the ship is going to come since Feb. Some how the ship does not make it LA. I do not understand a simple issue here a ship which is scheduled to come to LA in February didn't come till now? I wonder how are the crew surviving without any supplies for 4 months on the sea? Just till couple of weeks back it was June now they are trying to push it to August in their answer itself. I clearly wonder does the crew on the ship know some kind of magic to generate food mid air? I am just asking for a concrete date here? Why cann't they provide it even after waiting for around 8 months in total. I just feel like the seller has received the shipment but he is just not delivering it to me.
