      The 5 pack Covid Test I ordered in June 2023 arrived missing all of the sterile swabs and one of the solutions. I didnt open *********** now (August) so it is too late to return and all of the tests are completely useless. My partner realized this morning that his 5 pack, bought last spring, is missing one solution. This must be a common issue and a total rip off for an increasingly expensive product.

      It's really lucky that there is not a negative star that I could give this company 1st off. Their manager's rude doesn't have any sense of customer service. Cuts you off in the middle of your conversation when you're trying to make a point in There hours of operation are Lousy. Choosing this company was the worst thing I did and I will be getting away from Them very quickly

      I purchased a blood glucose monitor from this *** tried to cancel order but was told it had already shipped and told when the product would be delivered to contact the company for a return label after many emails back and forth for weeks I never got the return label all I got was a runaround

      I have NEVER ordered any covid tests from this scam of a company, and yet within the last year I have received *********** total. Don't know who is paying for these, but it's not me. It's ludicrous to think that no one is receiving their orders and I am drowning in tests. I have called at least 15 times and NO call back. Today I received 4 more covid tests!!!! My Insurance is not paying (I checked.) I don't understand.

      they do not even deserve 1 star. I purchased multiple covid tests via Amazon from this company and most arrived with missing parts. Attempts to contact the company directly were fruitless. It does make you wonder about the veracity of the tests

      Want to know why they have bad customer service? They only have 5 employees! This is a garbage company that doesn't even manufacturer any of the products they sell. It is all cheap chinese junk from 3rd parties. You can get the EXACT same **** from aliexpress for alot cheaper and without the chinese spyware app. Yes, this is a chinese company that if you use their app they will store all your data on chinese servers.
      On ihealthlabs own website they don't even tell you who owns the company. That should be your biggest red flag right there!

      I am not a paying customer (nor would I be stupid enough to give them a single penny nor would I use any of their products). This is the company that Biden gave millions of dollars to provide you with "free" test kits.

      I don't write reviews, but this company is awful. I ordered Covid tests on 12/15/21. After 2 weeks, I emailed to inquire about the status of shipping my order. I emailed a total of 3 times, received emails from them that they received my emails, but no response as to the status of shipping my order. Today (2/4/22) I called and actually spoke with someone. After giving my order number, the person knew my name, address, order quantity, etc. When I asked the status of my shipment, the response was "We lost the shipping label." Really? When I asked about the responses to my 3 emails, the response was "We've been very busy." Really? Before I could again ask for the status of my shipment, the person said ihealth would refund my purchase and then hung up. I note that I paid ****** per kit. The price was raised to ****** per kit.

      Worst experience I had. They don't pick up, answer emails, and send their recommended products.

      And this is for a kit of 360 pair of 2 At-home covid test. The promise of a week to over 20 days.

      Placed an order with iHealth for COVID rapid tests that were never delivered! Received a shipping confirmation 7 days after placing order (which is already longer than usual), but upon checking the tracking number days after waiting for the delivery, tracking info says "shipping label was canceled." I emailed iHealth through various means and only received very unhelpful automated replies. One auto-reply said that I should wait for 15 days for my delivery before contacting them (!). I understand that they are facing a huge demand, but friends who ordered the tests after I did received theirs. Mine just never seemed to have shipped, and repeated attempts to contact them (including an email requesting a cancellation and refund) got no replies. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Then, much later, they sent an email saying that they marked my issue as "resolved, because we have either responded with an answer that should have resolved your issue, your issue has been confirmed resolved by you or we have not heard back from you in over 30 days," none of which is true. No communication, no support, no help, no information. Horrible and frustrating experience.
