      I love Eargos! I have been using them for about 5 years and recently upgraded to the Eargo 6. The product is great, you can use the settings to adjust volume and reduce background noise.And the customer service is second to none!

      I've been very pleased with my Eargo 7 hearing aids.They fit comfortably, enhance my hearing well, are very discreet andinvisible to others and the battery life manages to get me through the day. The app allows me to adjust the volume and sound quality settings to accommodate most any environment.The customer service is excellent and very helpful in many ways! A very refreshing and value added experience! Wish I had purchased them sooner!Thank you,****

      I have had different Eargo products and they have greatly increased my quality of life with better hearing. I did not want to admit that I had hearing difficulties. My husband had researched Eargo and thought I should try them. I can't say enough about the products and especially the customer service. I've been wearing ********************** products for the past 5 years. Help is only a phone call away. I also like that I can adjust my Eargos depending on the setting that I'm in. I don't have to make an appointment to go somewhere and have someone else make adjustments for me. I have had the Eargo 6's for over 2 years and I had an issue with the the battery going down on the right one. I decided to try the 7's just to see what the difference would be. I have 45 days to try them. The 7's seem to be much more intuitive. I don't have to increase the volume while watching certain television programs anymore. I am pleased with the Eargo 7 and will be keeping them.

      The customer service folks were outstanding working with my audiologist and insurance company. Explaining how the Eargo 7 works with the different petals, charger and cleaning. They also provide if requested monthly emails with updated information with how to usage on you hearing aid. I am very pleased with the Eargo 7 hearing aid and the hearing upgrade it has given me. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an hearing aid.

      Eargo hearing aids were an excellent choice for me. I like how they fit in my ears, and adjustable with my I-phone. The service and follow up after i purchased was wonderful!! They stand with you on the journey! *********************************

      I've had the Eargo 5 devices in the past and had great success I've now purchased the Eargo 7 devices and am having great results with them as well.The audiologist and other support staff have been excellent at helping me with questions I've had on adjusting the devices to fit my needs

      I purchased Eargo 6 in 9/23.....and had them replaced after they failed in 3/24. I cleaned them as instructed and talked with a tech to ensure the process was being perfformed as instructed. By June they were useless as I couldn't understand words. For the $2000 I paid, I got 3 months of use. I have now gone to ****** and purchased a set of Jabra GN for $1600 which perform at a higher level than the Eargos ever did. **************** refused to take them back. Don't waste your time and money. Go to ****** and buy real hearing aids with professional service on site.

      I am pleasantly surprised on the Eargos 7. I previously purchased a lower-priced hearing aid that was promptly returned. So, I didn't have high expectations with another OTC hearing aid. Don't hesitate to purchase the Eargo 7s. They work perfectly. My hearing improved & I like the auto adjustment. You also have an option for 4 manual programs. Really like the small size. That's a big plus. I've contacted customer service twice with questions and they promptly responded. I am not disappointed with my purchase. It's a great company.

      The Eargo 7s have met my expectations, I would rate it an 8 or 9 out of 10, only refraining from a 10 because I've never used hearing aids until now, and I have no relative experience with anything else. However, this product is has proven to be high quality, and good at doing what it's supposed to do.The customer support resources are really good, with many how-to videos for common questions, etc. I found these very valuable.The customer service reps, both pre-sale and afterwards, were 'gold standard'. One representative made numerous calls, and spent substantial time on hold, finally getting the information she needed from my health care provider to confirm and authorize my insurance coverage. The customer service was a big factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase.The in-house audiologist(?) that I spoke with 1-on-1 after my purchase was also excellent. I had a problem transferring my 'Sound Match' settings to the charger initially, a Bluetooth issue. She knew of the problem and instructed me on resolving it. She also had a lot of answers to my initial questions about the operation; everything from itchy ears to how to adjust settings.

      I decided to try Eargo's latest device the ********************** SE's (I am keeping my Eargo 7's as a backup.) The sound is remarkably clean and crisp from bass to treble. I like the fact that microphone end caps are not removable like they are in the 7's. I've had hearing aids from 4 other major companies (all of them "In the Canal" or Completely in the Canal") and Eargo wins hands down! The Eargo documentation and customer support is excellent. I love the well thought-out packaging for the devices. It's details like these that make a big difference to me as a customer!
