This hotel at one time in the beginning it was good I see only one man guy from the beginning the rest is new! I always show up later! I usually never get the room I book! Half of the it takes 10 minutes sometimes go find someone to check me in! Just last week the young boy it never fail he's always coming from the bar drunk, same day he checks me in cone back down him the bar man and done girls all doing shots that's what you call drinking on the job! Isn't that a good paying job! There is another issue with smoking drugs outside not Mary J but the White Powder this is a killer on social justice this hotel is a hot spot for it! I've told the morning crew, the night people they all blame Managers! They can't do nothing! Well I will put this review out so everyone on the BBB can read this AC Hotel San Jose is Drug infested and the Management is allowing it to happen or there the protocol to the illegal activities all guests who stay there call ICE or SJPD it's bad and it's the same guys and girls plus the bar issue under age drinking! I can't wait till they get busted! That hotel went from classy to classless! Well look who manages it white people Republicans Trump supporters Rich white men and Ladies who walk around with poodles! Close AC Hotel San Jose also there Homophobic wait till gay people get out there !!!!!!
