September 3rd, Saturday. Arena Hotel XXXXXXXXXXX ********************** *** The ******** *** ***** *** Reservation ********** Email ******************* ******************************* King Deluxe Room total bill ******* was charged upon arrival plus a ******* deposit I am expecting a FULL REFUND plus the amount ofthe hotel we had to transfer to. Transfer Hotel: *************** *** ******* **** *** ***** *** XXXXX I king bed total bill ******* We checked into the Arena ************************ We went to our room to open the door and walked in on a coupld having ******************. We proceeded to apologize profusely and head back down to the front desk. ******************************* We proceeded to room **** Upon arrival the room was flooded. The refrigerator was unplugged, had defrosted and flooded the floor. There were no towels and the room was still dirty. We headed back down to the front desk. Now the front desk staff was less then pleasant. There was a doorman waking around with a ciggerate hanging from his mouth and the lobby was getting full. Instead of apologizing or asking if he could assist us- we were sent to ********* There the window was held open by a coat hanger and the lock for the door was an ironing board, there was also NO toilet paper. We found another room- practically impossible on labor day weekend- and transfered hotels. We asked for a FULL refund and the staff said fine but we have not been refunded as of yet. We did take TONS of photos to document our experience, accept the first couple we walked in on. We added what the rooms were suppose to look like...
