My kids received **** gift cards for a gift and they were 100.00 each and both were used in ********** and they were bought in ******** December 13 and received on feb 23d and neither were opened and both were used. When called the card company said to bad. These were gifts from there grandmother and you see were we live, just wondering why this can happen , I have both cards and still have packages and they were never opened? What should I do to get there 200.00 dollars back. Just thought when called and spent 1 hr on phone it would be some kind of solution, maybe would be different if they were opened and used but both were still sealed in package. On one it was used in ************************** for 100.00 and the other was used at a ************ ****************************** 2 times? Which was kinda weird. They were both loaded on December 13th 2021 and used in January 11th in******************** Both were purchased in *************************** Please let me know what I can do ThanksBusiness response

I don't know whay they contacted us as we do not have anything to do with **************** company. We are currently only operating in a limited capacity.
