I purchased some floor mats from a seller on eBay that goes by the name of strong_hold 87. The mats came from an address in **********, the product arrives and I realize they are not weatherproof as stated and of poor quality, I immediately request a refund and was told by the seller that he would accept the return for a refund. The seller sends me address in ********* to send the product back to. I wrap the product and take it to post office and was told that it will cost ***** send the mats back, that is more than what I paid for the mats. I reach out to seller and ask for a return shipping label, seller pretty much refused and stated that it needed to be shipped to *********, I explained that that was not the address on the package. Seller still stated ship it pack to *********. I reached out to eBay for help and after speaking with two reps and then the supervisor I tried explaining the situation and that I just want to ship it back to ********** where it showed on the package where it came from. Supervisor told me something about buyers remorse and told me to contact seller again for a resolution and a return label. . I tried explaining to supervisor that I have asked seller numerous times for a return label with no success. Supervisor told me to contact seller again because he is still communicating with me. I did contact seller again who told basically told me sorry and to ship it back to *********. eBay nor the seller did not care to work with me to get a refund for this unused product. I tried to go in and leave feedback for this seller and received a message that this product is no longer for feedback, that does not make sense to me. Then there was another message that the seller had violated EBays policy with this sell but yet they dont want to make this seller or themselves held liable for making this right. I have been a loyal customer of ******************** for ** years and have never been treated like this and seller is still allowed to sell on this site.
