            On May 4th 2023 I ordered two rings for my mother and the money was automatically taken from my credit card and I was told 3 to 5 days shipping. I still have no rings and it is July 8th 2023. I have repeatedly called and emailed the company with no response at all. Just want a refund or my rings I ordered. Thank you.

            I placed an order two weeks ago and I still have not received a shipping notification. After emailing them to find out a status on my order a few times, they only reply back with a generic response, ********** tracking # should be back in the next few days. We do make our rings, and there's just a little delay in your selections. You'll get a shipping update very soon!" No one has provided an actual response and I have no idea if I will actually receive my order.
