      On May 4th 2023 I ordered two rings for my mother and the money was automatically taken from my credit card and I was told 3 to 5 days shipping. I still have no rings and it is July 8th 2023. I have repeatedly called and emailed the company with no response at all. Just want a refund or my rings I ordered. Thank you.

      I placed an order with the company on April 25, 2023. It said it would arrive within 5-7 business days. It is now June 29, **** and I still have not received my order. I have reached out to them numerous times through email and phone calls and ha e not received an response back. I just want my order or my money refunded.

      Order #****** was placed by me on Friday, May 12, 2023. My credit card was immediately charged for the total amount of $56.37, This amount was for 5 items ordered in the amount of $47.00, and the remaining charges were for shipping and various City, County, and State taxes.This purchase was supposed to ship to my Sister, as a belated surprise gift. My receipt thanked me for my order and said upon shipment, typically between 1 - 3 business days, I would receive an email with tracking information. I waited for about two weeks before checking their site to see the status of my order. It said that it was being processed for shipping. As of June 8. 2023 it says the same. I left a message in the space of there site asking when this order would be shipping. I also sent an email, and called their phone number and left my name and number for a return call. To date I have not received any reply from them in any form. All I want is delivery of the items I purchased.

      I placed 3 orders on both 6/30/2022 and 7/1/2022. Haven't received my orders and it's now 8/09/2022. Emailed them asking about my order and was emailed back a generic email about taking time because they make their rings and that I'll receive and email with tracking soon. I checked through their "track my order " and all of them showed still processing. I emailed them back requesting a refund. And I haven't heard back from them ever since. I have emailed them 3 times now requesting a refund and haven't heard back. I am disputing with ******** since it's been way past the time frame they I should of received my orders. please help me solve this issue since I haven't heard back from them. Thank you so much. I'll be sending all documents to **** to verify my claims and emails I've sent out so far. Super frustrated!

      On May 10, 2022 I ordered 3 rings. The order took much longer to arrive than expected, but that's not the issue. The rings were the incorrect size. It states on their website they offer free returns and exchanges for a different size. I emailed the company about the return and received a response on June 23, 2022. This was their response - (Sorry to hear that. We do cover you for sizing and fit so rest assured! We do cover you with free returns in this situation! Let us know if you want us to process that as well as the new sizes that you desire.) I emailed back the same day saying yes please process the return. I never received a response. I emailed them 3 more times on June 24, June 28 and July 6 and have never heard anything back. They are a scam and false advertising. At this point I would like a full refund as I am frustrated and never want to deal with this business again.

      I ordered from NOW Jewelry on July 06 it stated that the order was placed. Standard shipping 5-7 business day. I've been waiting over 17 days to see that my order has shipped. The company hasn't answered any of my questions and I just feel like they are not going to send me a refund.

      On January 1st, 2022, I ordered 4 rings. It was guaranteed that I would get it between 5-7 business days. It is now January 10th, 2022 and my package hasn't even been shipped yet. When I check the shop app, it says "order placed". I have sent 2 emails with no reply. I commented on insta just to get blocked. I am very disappointed in this place and my friends won't even get their gifts for their birthdays now.

      On November 5th I placed an order (order number XXXXXX). I was told I would receive a tracking number within three days of purchase. After two weeks I emailed them and was told I would receive the number within the next few days, and they never did. I finally emailed the company at their contact email given on their website to ask for a refund and they have not responded. Their website states they will respond within 24 hours, it has been several days. My purchase was for $18. I sent another email asking for a refund and have not heard back again.
