      I optioned to use a lease form on line, not aware that they were automatically signing me up for a monthly charge of $39 a month forever unless I canceled. There was no charge to use the form. I was being charged for over a year before noticing it on my bill. When I called the company, they told me there was nothing they can do because by using the form, I was automatically signing up for a monthly contract forever until I canceled. This is absurd. They agree that I only used that form the one time and I never used their service again so obviously I did not know I was being charged monthly or I wouldve canceled. This type of practice is not only unprofessional, but should be illegal. I cant imagine how many people get ripped off by Fraudulent services such as this. Would you be able to help me recover all the money that was just thrown into their account for no reason?

      This customer first contacted us shortly after signing up, on March 11, 2022. The transcript of that call is below. This customer made no attempt since then to cancel their account. In their first call to us in March of 2022 they were given the option to cancel but chose to stay on instead. They were then given instructions on how to cancel their account in the future. The customer made no future attempt to cancel on their own or reach out for assistance. Their second call to us occurred last month, November 20, 2023. This customer inaccurately states that we told them 'there is nothing they can do.' In the call our rep clearly states that they are able to cancel the account on the customers behalf. The customer then requests to leave it open.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      there was nothing in writing. no signature involved.  It was all verbal and companies like this bank on the fact that customers will forget. Its not like theyre sending out a bill each month where the customer opens it and sees it and is reminded of it each month. No company should be allowed to practice this type of unprofessional business.  Its taking advantage of people like me, who I admit, am forgetful, and also people that are caught up in the craziness of their own lives.   In my own dialogue, it is obvious that I wanted to cancel. Yet, after numerous months there was no reminder of any sort, and no usage of their business by me.  Why wasnt a phone call made or an email sent out to just suggest canceling since there was no activity on this account in over a year after the customer, myself asked to cancel immediately?

      Senior management sent over the recording of his call and transcript of it. He asked the customer support agent to keep the account active and not cancel it, which the agent did. At no time did he ask us to cancel the account. When this matter arose we canceled the account immediately. We even honored and went beyond our current 30 day money back guarantee by providing an additional 5 refunds. We are awaiting the email response to resolve this matter as we feel it has been resolved on our end.

      I am rejecting this response because im sure they rely on customers to neglect checking their monthly statements.  If they werent trying to take advantage of customers, a monthly reminder would go out to everyone.  This would avoid surprises or problems.  I was being charged every month for well over a year without any activity whatsoever.

      They are selling the doc for one time charge of $1.00. No charge thereafter. I choose this action and got charged for membership. Do not need them at all. Only used the one doc. I want to report them as scammers and want my money fully refunded.

The plan that the Consumer subscribed to was a 7-day free trial leading to a month-to-month subscription. After looking into the Consumer's account history, we can see that the Consumer has used LegalNature in past and was familiar with LegalNature's plans. LegalNature has refunded the Consumer in line with the LegalNature 30-Day Moneyback Guarantee. We hope that this resolves the Consumer's complaint.       Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/07/13) */ The consumer initiated a chargeback dispute without contacting LegalNature for order cancellation or a refund. When a chargeback dispute is initiated, the funds are removed from the merchant's account and the transactions are frozen until the consumer's bank comes to a decision on the chargeback dispute. When LegalNature was alerted to the chargeback all work ceased on the order. LegalNature had contact with the consumer during the investigation period where he swore and was abusive to the customer service representative that was assisting him and then proceeded to hang up. A senior customer service agent emailed the consumer the following day. No response was ever received. In this case, the consumer's bank found in LegalNature's favor and returned the charges to LegalNature. As the consumer's order was not processed due to the chargeback dispute and the consumer subsequently processing the amendment himself, LegalNature will refund the fees paid by the consumer minus a processing fee, as set out in the Terms of Use accepted by the consumer at the time of purchase.

      This morning Dec 29, 2021 I searched the web looking for a free document pdf and found this one " Legalnature.com" I downloaded it. I found the document I needed , and filled it out. I couldn't download it. But before I finished filling out my document I had to pay for it with my debit card. I read all the details of the agreement using this application. After paying for it I was able to continue filling out my document. I tried sending it to my email and wasn't able to then I tried sending it to my text messages and it went to my text, but I couldn't open it. Trying desperately to open it. The website constantly crashes and or buffers.. l found this website address ****************************************************** This website will not allow me to open it . How will I unsubscribe from it. I hope they won't use my debit card again to renew this Shenanigan of Business..

No records have been found for any current or past customers using the provided details. LegalNature has only found three messages to its Customer Service Department: 1. Received 01/07/2022 claiming that LegalNature withdrew $38.00 from the Consumer's account. LegalNature replied with contact details for the Consumer to discuss their account. 2. Received 01/12/2022 at 18:15 asking LegalNature if it affiliated with two other companies. 3. Received 01/12/2022 at 18:17 asking LegalNature to cancel the Consumer's subscription. LegalNature responded to messages 2 and 3 together due to the short time frame stating that no account can be found using the details provided. LegalNature is not affiliated with, nor has any knowledge of, the companies that the Consumer mentioned in their messages. Additionally, the process that the Consumer recalls within their complaint is not representative of how the LegalNature website works. The Consumer states that they "found this one "Legalnature.com" I downloaded it." LegalNature is not an app and cannot be downloaded. Also, the Consumer states, "I tried sending it to my email and wasn't able to then I tried sending it to my text messages and it went to my text, but I couldn't open it." LegalNature's platform does not have the capability of sending documents by text message or any SMS function. Due to the fact that LegalNature cannot find an account for the Consumer and the Consumer has enquired about other companies, it is LegalNature's belief that the Consumer may be mistaken as to the identity of which company has charged the Consumer. If the Consumer has any further details, such as additional email addresses, then LegalNature would be happy to conduct a further search of its records, but based on the details provided, the Consumer does not appear to be a LegalNature customer.
