However, when I called I was treated very poorly. In fact the staff member hung up on me. When I advised that I interpreted the website as saying there was available times, the staff member said the following; "If I say there are no appointments, there are no appointments!" Then she hung up on me. I called back x5. No answer. Since I live very close to that location. I decided to go there and talk to a manager. Much to my dismay, I was greeted with aggression, an accusatory tone of voice and defensive body language.
The assistant manager EVELYN proceeded to address me & stated that she had an attitude because she perceived me as having an attitude (which I did not I was confused at the time slots available and taken aback by her lack of customer service skills). She continuously addressed me while another staff member assisted me with my complaint. I advised the assistance manager EVELYN that I did not want to speak to her, as she was quite antagonistic, and her body language indicated that there was a likelihood that she may assault me. Due to the world's current state of social unrest, I wasn't sure if I was being treated this way due to the color of my skin or. Although there were no racial epithets, her aggressive behavior made me consider that this may have been the reason for her outbursts and her unwillingness to assist me.
