In December of 2022 I had a new job. Got my new insurance cards in. I called them to find a new medication doctor for my issue. I called my insurance and got mind path health information from them so I know my insurance was active them. They without informing me we're debating with my insurance on wether I had coverage which I did. I received in the mail a bill saying I owed the amount. I called and they told me to disregard the notice because I have insurance. In December they claim to have sent me a notice on my responsibility to pay which is a lie. In January of **** They charged my debit card that was only on file for holding appointments with them ****** dollars without any previous notice or conversation or chance to set up a payment plan. They over drafted my debit account. They were only given consent to charge me the 20 ********* pay before appointments. I want my money as well as the over charge on my account credited back to me. I did not give you consent to charge my account.Business response
