I ordered now a year ago a backrest for my motorcycle and the back rest that arrived was defective. Their teams said they would send another once they received inventory now they won't send the replacement and make my order complete. They now want me to pay more for a product I have already paid for. Frustrated customer. Had a broken back rest for a year now.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/24) */ We saw that the customer's photo is man-made damage and not our product problem, we can send the full pad to the customer but he has to pay the shipping fee. If it is returned, we do not promise that it is impossible to accept the return of the product that is used by ourselves. If he is willing to pay the 8.5 shipping fee, we can send a brand new one to him immediately! Consumer Response /* (3000, 15, 2022/06/07) */ The email went to spam. Apologies for the delayed response. The issue is not resolved. I would appreciate a replacement pad for the defective pad.
