      The cord on this piano gets so hot it is smoking and almost ready to start a fire. I have contacted support several times with no response.

      4/22/22: $****** ************************ purchased 5/1/22-5/7/22: Request a refund since item has not been shipped 5/8/22-5/9/22: Get confirmation delivery is on the way 5/12/22: received items from purchase 5/15/22: Discover that the keyboard stand does not work with keyboard, defeating the purpose of the whole purchase. 5/27/22-5/31/22: Request a refund. 6/2/22: Told to wait and that my complaint will be cared for 6/2/22: emailed that $30 is all I can be given back for the manufacturer's defect creating a massive problem in maintaining my keyboard practical and useful. At this point I feel as though the business is not producing the standard of business practices by being evasive and dismissive to use their limited day return policy to nullify any legitimate refund resolutions.

      Order# : *********** Placed on : 12/01/21 Value : $239 USD The payment was immediately processed and money left my account. I was then told the item won't ship until 12/10/21. Now on 12/16/21 I followed up and was told nothing about my order but rather told the money would be refunded as soon as they were able to. The product is still being advertised on the website and still accepting payment. They clearly don't have the product and are still selling it and it appears they are leveraging customer payments to make new purchases from their supplier. Using paying customers as a loan for their business. There is no phone number to call and customer services on the website never responds to the chat provided. I want my money refunded immediately and appreciate your help. Thank you.
