I signed up for their Webex platform. It functioned properly the first time but then later it wasn't. I brought it to support and they did little beyond call me a liar and wanted me to provide proof that wasn't possible for me (screenshots of things I'd already deleted). They kept saying it was necessary to "gather information on their side" in order to help. How is my providing screenshots them gathering information on their side?It was just a silly, typical corporate customer support that doesn't actually try to help but instead outsources foreigners to paste scripts and ESCHEW ALL ACCOUNTABILITY.I would tell anyone using any of their products or services to expect this kind of business attitude.

Apologies for the difficulties you are having. While Cisco support can resolve many issues by reviewing information shared by a customer about the problem, some issues need additional details such as logs and screenshots to troubleshoot and reach a resolution. In this case, Cisco support needed the screenshots to better understand the problem, find root cause and fix the issue.

I am appalled by the Webex services that CIsco has to offer. I have been told that I can only have free account but when I want to get a paid account they say my name/email/billing address brings up a red flag and I cannot be given paid account. Now how to I prove to a system that I am what I am. Have spoken about this but they just cannot solve the issue. Very surprising.

I ordered the phone on the WebEx.shop site 2 or 3 days prior to the shipping date of April 13, 2023. As a customer of ********************** and **********************, I expected a product that was fully new and up to date, not five months beyond the warranty period The phone was delivered to my house on April 18, 2023 By the time that I received help from Cisco in validating the phone on April 25, 2023, my usage of the phone was only 6 days. I was never informed by anyone at Cisco that, prior to my purchase, the phone would arrive to me with an expired warranty Today I found out that this particular phone is an "end of life" machine meaning that I can't even purchase a warranty for the phone.I was sold a phone that Cisco will not provide customer or tech service. ********************** is the selling agent, so it is definitely Cisco's responsibility to provide service needed for a product that has been in my possession for only 2 weeks. I should have received a phone that was still under warranty for at least 1 year. I just called the rep who sent me an email saying that my request to return the phone was denied. When I called his office, I was told he did not have voicemail set up.It seems that this company should be held liable fraud.

I recently purchased multiple Cisco Small Business Switches and then purchased the support agreement via a VAR. Cisco is impossible to work with, even for legitimate equipment. Like many other users Cisco is using its bureaucracy to refuse service and support for its own products. Leave it to Cisco to refuse customer support for its own paying customers. Seems like breach of contract.

Hello Mr. ******* I'm sorry your support experience did not meet expectations. Services purchased through an approved Cisco partner are expected to meet specified delivery requirements and the partner must adhere to our partner program obligations. I will reach out to you directly via the email you have provided to understand more details of your experience.
      Regards,
      Kim

Got a phone call from a ***************** rep who had my work email and personal phone number, both of which I had not provided and are not connected to each other. I asked how they had gotten my contact info and permission to contact me, and they said they had some "backend research" team putting it together. I asked that they delete my information and I would not help them or review their products. I had never heard of this company until they called and would not use them as a vendor.

On ******** they were hiring $25 an hour for a data entry person. I responded to the person and was redirected to what was supposed to be the hiring manager and they wanted a $50 steam card for software and then they wanted $100 another hundred dollars $150 and then another $150 and they just kept making up excuses about why they needed this money in that money and every single time they said this is the last amount of money we're going to ask you for you and we are going to send you your work materials which includes a fancy laptop and a bunch of stuff. They are just scamming me and I blocked and reported the cash app profile that I sent money to. This isn't necessarily a complaint against Splunk it's just notification of a very lucrative scam it's being done using their name. Be cautious about the online jobs people if they ask for money don't do it

Recently, I purchased 3 Cisco Catalyst 1000 network switches from a third party named ServerSupply.com Inc. I subsequently learned from Cisco Systems Inc. (Cisco) support from Cisco for these switches had expired prior to my purchase and that for ongoing support I would have to contact the "Cisco Partner" which the third party was not. When contacted, the third party made it clear that it did not supply support. In spite of numerous calls and emails to Cisco asking how I might get support, the answer remained the same. This amounted to a classic 'Catch 22'. Ironically, these switches are marketed on the Cisco website as the switches that "deliver simplicity, flexibility and security for networks with up to 250 users and little or no IT support." I didn't realize what meant.

I found this Splunk because I was looking for a job it was a data entry job. It was suppose to pay $25 an hour. In order to get the do the job they needed to send me a apple laptop and printer to complete the job that I was being hired to do. But I would need to send them $25 bucks for them to download the programs for the computer and 30 bucks to cover shipping and handling for my laptop to arrive in the mail. As soon as I sent the money the lady saying okay I got it, then a few minutes goes by and she says that someone took the money. . And asks for me to resend more money. Then tells me I should feel sorry for her. What why. You just straight up took my money after telling me I got a job to work for this company Splunk hiring Manager *************************** emailed threw ******* I paid WITH with my cashaPP card and ************************************** off social media.. ALL TO NOT RECEIVE THE ***** I WAS TOLD I WAS GONNA GET SENT.

I had a subscription with Cisco using Webex to access my computers remotely for several years. I originally signed up for 2 years at a time and had it automatically renew. In September of 2019 I decided to cancel the service since it was no longer needed. I contacted Cisco's customer support and after speaking with them for several hours multiple times, I was informed that I could not cancel this service since I had signed up for auto renewal. I cancelled the credit card that I had attached to this auto renewal and did not pay it. My manager kept getting calls from Cisco demanding payment in which she always informed them that we had cancelled the subscription and will not pay. I continued to get emails and updates regarding Webex over the past two years. On September 10, 2021, I received and email stating that my account has been suspended due to non payment. Later I received and invoice from Cisco showing an active account and invoice number. I contacted Cisco customer service to inform them that the subscription was cancelled in 2019. The customer service agent informed my that the "back office" did not approve my cancellation until the effective date of September 2021. I questioned how they could possibly not let a customer cancel a subscription? He only responded , "I understand". I then told his if they did not quite emailing me and contacting me that I would turn them into the BBB, he promptly hung up on me. They have badgered both my manager with phone calls and me with emails. I warn you, do not subscribe to their Webex service because they will not let you cancel.
