On May 20, 2024, I paid $45.72 to purchase a "Sequin Strap Party Mini Dress" in Navy Blue, size small. I paid for shipping which was promised in "6-10 working days." The dress arrived late and after the promised time, after I had to send several emails inquiring about tracking information. The quality of the dress did not match the picture of the dress displayed on the website, and I promptly emailed the company to request a refund and guidance about how to return the item. They refused to provide a refund for the purchase, stating that nothing was wrong with the dress. This response was in direct contrast to the company's refund policy, which is provided on the company website. After they refused to provide a refund, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and requested that payment be stopped. Next, the company told me that they would give me a refund if I cancelled the dispute with my credit card company. I trusted their integrity and cancelled the dispute. However, the company never gave me a refund and continued to state that their reasoning was that they didn't believe me that I cancelled the dispute. I exchanged numerous emails with the company and to date, they never have reimbursed me.Initial Complaint

Purchased online 7/22/24 with a 10 day shipping but order was not received until 8/09/24 (17 days). I ordered 2 dresses, one was a XL and the other was One Size. Upon receipt of the items neither were the material or sizes as represented on their website. On 8/14/24 I requested to return the items and refund of the $88.20 that was paid. Their response was that "quality dissatisfaction falls under the category of "change of mind" making it ineligible for returns or exchanges." They requested photos and I responded with full photos of all packaging and the items, both front and back. I then receive an email stating "Please note that size problems, change of mind, damage caused by use, etc. do not belong to the category of quality problems." The material on both are misrepresented, with the XL being a handmade item but is just a print on 100% polyester, and the one-size being lace, but polyster/elastane with holes sewn in. Neither item has the material listed.Initial Complaint

The company took weeks and weeks to deliver the product. When it finally arrived, it was past the time I needed it. When I went to return the items, the website prompted me to email. I went days without a response. When I finally received a response, I was told the window to return had just passed and there was nothing I could do. This company actually changed the website and the information regarding returns as I was disputing this. They have not responded to my multiple emails.
