    I am writing to file a complaint regarding the service I received from budgetair.com from which I purchased 5 air tickets on TAP Airlines. The tickets were paid in full on Feb 2nd, 2024. Recently, I received an email notifying me of a change in the return flight schedule. The email lacked any contact information, phone number, or specific details about the changes made. Chat is the only way to contact them. The new proposed flight was scheduled very early in the morning, which was inconvenient. I did not approve this change and instead contacted the agency via chat to request a return to my original flight time. The new flight time was actually the same time as the original, but I didnt realize that it is a day earlier. I immediately contacted the agency to stop my approval within a minute of my approval. The agent assured me that my approval had been halted and that I would receive alternative options within ***** hours. However, the agent also mentioned that when airlines change schedules, it is often impossible to maintain the original itinerary.This situation is very concerning as I am traveling with my family, and all our reservations are non-refundable. This change not only shortens our vacation but also results in a significant financial loss.I urgently request your intervention to resolve this issue and reinstate my original flight. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Alternatively, I asked them to change the flight for 4 of us to stay a day longer (leave on the 18th) except one passenger that has to leave on the 17th. Although this will come with extra expenses, but I cant accept a day less and more expenses on my flight.They don't provide any option for a phone call, only chats and chat cuts off and responses are within ***** hours, which is too late for my upcoming flight in 6 days! They dont allow a copy of your chat with them, but I took a screenshots of all of our discussions. Attached is my original ticket.

    Booked an immediate flight for 3 people, totaling over $6600 to due to the death of our grandmother. Drove 4 hours to the airport and spent $660 for 3 covid tests. Their system allowed us to book a flight with a layover of over 12 hours in Taipei. But they
    wouldn't let us board because a new policy in Taiwan that had went into effect over 10 days ago, wouldn't allow a layover of over 12 hours. So we tried to call their customer service numerous times-but no one picked up. So we had missed the funeral and haven't received any refunds. **** never book with them ever again.
