I received my order. I ordered 30 total items. The laser photo was great on 15 of them. The photo in the other 15 was not good. Following their return policy, I have requested a RMA (return merchandise authorization) for the 15 I am unsatisfied with. They are giving me the runaround. I have requested a phone number so I can speak with someone. Via email it's been back and forth for 3 days now. I have 14 days to do a return. I just want a phone number to speak with someone and I can't get that. Thank you, **************Business response

Consumer Response /* (-5, 12, 2022/06/14) */ The company finally responded. They sent a phone number and also contacted me. They are very slow to respond. I received a return label and returned the merchandise. Still waiting on a refund. Thank you, **************
