I ordered a spa replacement panel under warranty on August 7th 2023.On October 19th 2023 ********************* of Paradise Valley Spa wrote of a shipment discrepancy. Delivery and installation was then set for Tuesday November 7th. The delivery was canceled claiming they could not locate the panel. Once again the panel was ordered on November 27th. On January 8th they claimed the panel could not be located.Initial Complaint

I ordered parts to my hot tub that was originally purchased in the San **** store..Two parts..They came to my house in April. I was told it would be a few weeks..They charged me $1330.00 + $96.00 for drive and gas fees..I called in middle May to see if it had arrived They said they ordered it May 5th..but then said in order to get the parts I would have to pay up front ..I paid by credit card..Three more weeks..they never called me..I had yo call them then I got a email..July 13th for the install..That morning **** the service tech showed up I greeted him in the driveway..He was in the back of the van parts were rolling around everywhere..A told mess..I thought my pump must be in a box..It can't be one of these used items...He met me at my hot tub in the rear of the property..You will see by the pictures the item he was going to install..He claimed this was brand new notice the serial numbers removed with purpose..There where even a hole or two drilled in to the pumb..that I paid $1330.00 for.. He became sarcastic when I took pictures and asked if it was refurbished..He said no..It's brand new..Do you want it installed or not? At that point I knew I was being gaslite and his attitude and rude behavior was not what I ordered.. He did not install it and stomped off in his van. I called the San **** office and was hung up on..I called vack and mo knew answered..I called again and asked for Corps number..I was given the wrong number by a gentleman who said don't call Corp.. I knew someone was scamming someone within the company.. I called the ********** office.******* the secretary put me on a 15 minute hold got back on and told me she saw the pictures it was normal..By now I was furious..I asked for the owner back and forth on hold for over 30 minutes.. Then a ***************** got on the phone and Said you cannot talk to the boss or have his email or voice mail. I was told the part was out of stock..By ***************** who again said I could not speak to the owner.. I would like my money back. But they are ignoring my calls now.. Please look at the pictures..I am appalled at the lack of integrity that this company and his employees project..It is a compete discarace to the community inwhich this business dwells..I am asking for your help in a complete refund of my money..I paid in good faith..But I also know that a business is only supposed to take deposit until the final job is complete..The ************** needs to be notified and his empolyees should be disaplain for thier unethical behavior..
