I purchased a pair of heels from E'MAR on July 18, 2024, and received it July 23, 2024. When I received the shoes they were at least a size bigger than I purchased. When I attempted to start the return process as stated by the company, I received bounce back emails from the helloshopemar.com and ************************************** I then contacted them via instagram @shop_emar, but never received a response. I finally received a rejection response on August 1, 2024 from *********************************** stating that I purchased an item on final sale. The order receipt I received and the day I bought the shoes did not have the final sale stated. I would like to return to unworn shoes and receive a refund.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 11/27/2023 Amount Paid: $293.84 Issue: I purchased the **************** pumps Order #****. I purchased a Size 35, but the shoe was far too large for me. The size I purchased is already the smallest available, leaving me with no option for an exchange, so I requested a return. However, the purchase was made during a promotion, and E'MAR's policy is to allow exchanges only for promotional items; they declined the return. While I would normally accept these terms, the information on E'MARS site is extremely misleading, and had the information been correct I would not have made this purchase. The sizing schedule posted on the EMAR website is very inaccurate - it says that a size 35 equates to a 4.5 shoe size. In addition, there is a posted sign that says sizing runs small. I am a consistent size 5 shoe, so when I purchased the ***** pumps, I felt comfortable with the promotional terms given that I would likely need to size up if anything by purchasing a 35. However, the shoes are far too large at the smallest size offered, and given the website's inaccurate schedule (see attached photos), I find myself in the position of having a pair of shoes I cannot wear and cannot exchange for another pair that fits. I wrote an email to EMAR detailing this situation and they declined my return request. I kindly request the BBB's assistance here - I believe this is a fair request given the misinformation and the impossibility of an exchange.
