I have patiently ****** for a ****** of **** for over 5 weeks from ********************** in *** ***** I need help to get it collected. They said they sent the ****** but I never ******** it. Now ********** wants me to wait longer. This company has ****** so much of my time. It has caused me so much stress and ************ and I can not wait any longer. Please help.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/07/20) */ This has been handled as of 7/16/2022. Check was cut for refund. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/07/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Safesplash Swim School said they sent the check on 7/16, but they did not send it. Previously on June 24, Safesplash Swim School told us they sent the check, but they did not send it. Today, I called numerous times and asked them about the check. They said the check never went out. They said the check will go out next Friday. I told them we could not wait any longer. Now they say they will send an ACH payment on Monday, 8/1. We will wait and see if they follow through with their words this time. We have spent over a hundred hours trying to collect our money from this company and waited for over 2 months. We cannot wait any longer.
