Had the company take over the "billing responsibility" for my phone service and the plan was to offer me a lower rate because they buy in bulk from the carriers and then they pass on the savings. The problem is that when they take over the billing responsibility they also take over control of my service and I am not allowed to make changes etc. So I am just trying to get my control of phone lines back= to make changes. and they are not returning callsInitial Complaint

I made an investment in this company. I have not received any monthly reports. I have called a number of times and sent several e-mails for the past seven months, but I have not received any responses. Is this real business and are they still in business?
