3/10/23 I purchased a car from Robles motors that was advertised as Family Friendly and it has been anything but that. After driving car for two weeks I noticed some issues with acceleration. I take car to ******** and he held car for a week so his mechanic can look at the vehicle. He states there was something wrong with the Manifold and the issue shouldnt be present anymore. I pick up vehicle and drive car for another 1 wk after ******** claims to have fixed issue and then same issue starts again as well as the check engine light illuminates. I take the vehicle to OReilys to get the codes read. I call Robles and was advised to take car to *********** because my Encore warranty will cover cost. Car sits at *** lot for a week just to be told issue will not cover repair cost, I come out of pocket $299.98 for *** diagnostic. I contact ******** immediately and he asks me to bring in vehicle. I drop off vehicle and at the time of drop off a check engine light was still on. I get a call from receptionist, ******** the same day and she states they can not fix my car because my warranty is up and the issue will now be up to me to fix. I pick up car this morning, when arriving at car lot the gate is closed and locked to see ******** is driving my vehicle down the street. When she parks she states ******** wanted her to test drive vehicle to see if any issues were present. Note that she is not a mechanic or vehicle specialist so she should never drive a customers car. She also states that the low tire warning came on. I take vehicle home (check engine light is now off)to find out I have a flat tire due to nails in tire, an issue that was not present at drop off. I will be looking for legal representation to resolve this issue! DO NOT BUY A CAT FROM THIS DEALER! Complete fraud! ******** will claim he has made repairs just to let the 30 day Buyers warranty expire! Mind you it is 4/27/23, six weeks after buying this vehicle and Ive had all these issues with dealer!
