It is a health issue pet related. On 12 Sep 2022, I took my dog to get a CT scan of her leg as she was limping. I was told CT scan results were perfect and my dog did not have cancer. Exactly a week later, I had to take her again to ER as she seemed in pain and unable to walk. Archvet did not have the manning to see us, and recommended ****. At ****, at soon as the ER doctor saw my dog, he said he was concerned that dog had a tumor and it was cancerous. I told him, that it cannot be possible as I had a scan at archvet , everything was fine. At*****, new images were taken, they called Archvet and realized the ct scan did not cover all the way up to her shoulder blade. I spend almost $5K at Arch for useless diagnosis (none) as the doctor failed at taking the right images to see why my dog was limping. Attached is her report from ****. And ct scan from Arch plus invoice. Also, i paid about the same amount at **** for images, biopsy, hospitalization , anesthesia, meds, etc. Arch is overpriced and unethical as they were not willing to correct the situation.

On February 6, 2022, I took my cat to ArchVet at their location on **************** ***** *** **** ** XXXXX. My cat had thrown up earlier that morning and around noon my cat looked uncomfortable and was moving in a weird way and I thought it may be constipation. I called numerous vet offices but ArchVet was the only one available for an emergency appointment. They said they would need to charge my card **** for a standard deposit upfront and any and all fees incurred would be deducted from that fee. They also explained they would need to take x-rays and charge extra for a rush service for the x-ray tech to examine. They claimed that the x-rays didn't show any obstructions and they would continue to treat her for constipation and provide an enema. After the $500 deposit, they charged me an additional $946.41 to cover the x-rays and rush services. After I left the visit my cat didn't seem any better and continued walking funny and crouching down and making a lot of meowing and crying sounds. I consulted with another vet tech from a different company and she concluded that my cat was in HEAT. I went back to ArchVet and requested the X-rays and they have not been able to provide them. I believe they did not perform the services that they claimed and that they took my money as a vulnerable pet owner who was trying to find out what was wrong with my cat. If they had done their job correctly why weren't they able to see that my cat was only in Heat and overcharge me for other services? I tried to dispute the amount with my credit card and ArchVet sent me a harassing text message telling me I was committing fraud. My credit card company wasn't able to resolve anything and suggested I report them to ***. The reason they weren't able to resolve is that my signature is on the invoice but at the time I signed I believed that the services they claimed were true but it wasn't until I got home that I realized that my cat was still acting the same.
