The worst support report I have ever received in my life. I attempted to set up a SMS campaign and when I submitted my EIN they told me I got rejected because my EIN didnt match my business name. I submitted my paperwork from IRS and they said my paperwork was fraud. I called IRS and they said they would fax them my paperwork to prove my EIN wasnt fraud and when I asked them for a fax number they stopped replying to me. I sent several emails no response.Review from Mando O

The worst technical and account support. I recently subscribed, and then on 05/15/24 I was unable to log in to my desktop app stating there was an error and to report it. I followed the steps and I still haven't gotten any support or any answer as to why it happened, let alone how to fix it. They refuse to refund me, and now they are just spamming my inbox with automated emails. Worst platform to purchase a subscription from. Be aware they do not help, or provide you with any useful information or point you in the right direction.Review from NICOLAS R

I am sharing a frustrating experience Zoom. We mistakenly purchased an annual webinar license for ****** participants, thinking we were only committing for one month. The cost is nearly ****** CAD per month. Realizing our mistake almost immediately after receiving the recurring invoice, we contacted customer service to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, our refund requests have been consistently denied. The company insists that we must pay at least six months of this extremely expensive subscription, for a total of near $60K. It's totally non-sense for our small business. We are now seeking any possible solutions or advice.Review from Andre M

I work for a non-profit and we have been utilizing the TechSoup discount of 50% for the last 5 years. The discount through TechSoup is the only discount Zoom provides to non-profits. This year, Zoom would not renew our webinar discount resulting in a $2500 increase in our annual renewal price. In addition, when I requested to remove the webinar subscription as I wanted to downgrade from webinar 1000 to webinar 500, they told me I would have to let our account expire and then repurchase all the current subscriptions and the webinar 500 to apply the TechSoup discount. Allowing our account to expire would result in our organization no longer having access to chat, phones and video conferencing. It is unacceptable that this is what Zoom proposes as a solution instead of allow non-profit to make changes to their accounts as needed. Also, during the initial renewal process, our account rep reached out and sent us a quote for an upgrade that we did not request for $8K more than our previous account renewal rate. After going back and forth with our account rep who was extremely unhelpful and the account renewal rep who was also extremely unhelpful for over a MONTH, I was then charged $604 more than was listed on our account billing page in Zoom. I'm now battling with them to get a refund for the overcharge. If you are a nonprofit wanting to apply a TechSoup discount, please proceed cautiously and know you will be locked in with whatever subscriptions you initially purchase with the TechSoup discount and they will force you to cancel you full account to make any changes unless you sign a contract with Zoom paying full price. We will be moving to ****** workspace next year and ditching Zoom.Review from Marcos R.

As a Zoom client, I have noticed that Zoom charges its users for sending *** to phone numbers with *********** area codes. However, other companies consider *********** a domestic call and text destination and don't charge extra for using their services in the ************* or ***********. While Zoom may classify *********** as an international destination like other companies, it is unfair for Zoom clients to pay for a free service with other U.S. companies besides ZOOM. This issue may arise due to a lack of awareness that **************, ****, ****************************************, ******************************, ********************************************, *****************, ***********, and ******************* are also part of *****************. Individuals can keep the same phone number in those locations or anywhere in the *************. It is difficult for companies with clients using *********** area code phone numbers to send *** to them without incurring additional costs. This has been an ongoing issue for years, but Zoom is the only company that charges its users for this service. If we put this on social media, it can be wild, but I need some government institution to call this person who doesn't understand the big errors and mistakes they are making. ****, PLEASE ACTIVATE THE *** TO *********** WITHOUT CHARGE LIKE OTHER COMPANIES.Review from David R

Zoom will not let you cancel your subscription without giving them feedback on why you're canceling. That should not be a required part of the process.Review from Tom A

I don't know what's happened to Zoom! Too much fraud is happening. No responses, we can't get a hold of anyone, and incompetent representative (probably purposefully). We were connected to someone else's internal meeting in January **** where we could hear some people speaking ******* (********). They could not see or hear us, but we could hear them!Beware! We are moving to ********* Teams.Review from Corey P

Zoom lied and said I signed up for a 2 year agreement for their webinar services. They are trying to limit ** from cancelling our service. After having issues being able to use the service in 2023, I contacted them about refunding me and cancelling the upcoming service. They have been stalling out and finally claiming that I signed up for 2 years. What a sham of a company.Review from Edmond Y

Zoom charged my subscription for the whole year today (1/5/2024) without my knowledge. I have never received an email about they will charge me an annual subscription, and I never intended to renew it to start with. I tried to call their customer service but they never pick up the phone. I need them refund what they have charged me for the upcoming year's service as I don't need their service anymore.
