Azazie is a scam. I ordered a custom sized dress, was professionally measured by a seamstress, and even gave a 2 allowance on all measurements. The dress came with all the wrong measurements- my seamstress who ended up fixing it measured all the pieces and they were all wrong, and was assembled incorrectly resulting in the bottom being uneven and poofy on one side because the seam was sewn poorly. It cost me $200 to fix the dress. To even try to get a refund you have to go through an investigation which involves taking multiple pictures of yourself. They then strung me along for over 2 months and now are saying it is past the deadline for a the investigation. I would not recommend anyone using this company for dresses.

I recently returned a dress that I ordered from AZAZIE. The return process was easy to do except there did not seem to be an option to obtain a refund to my credit card . I was given a credit for the website. I did not wish to reorder from the website and the website itself did not offer a way to get a credit card refund. So I simply responded to the email from AZAZIE about the website credit and requested that I get a credit card refund instead. I got a very quick response from a customer service rep named ******** who quickly arranged for a credit card refund which I have now received. I would recommend that in future AZAZIE should give an option for a credit card refund as part of the website exchange process and not necessitate the extra step of writing an email to customer service.

I wish my experience with Azazie wouldve been better. My wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses were ordered from here and were ordered according to the Azazie size guide three out of five bridesmaids needed alterations as they were all too big. I ordered the Estefani wedding dress. I used their sizing guide as-well and selected my color of dress. I actually ordered down a size! Once received, the dress was about two sizes too large and the wrong color was sent. Even after alterations, parts of the dress did not fit right as the cups were made for a larger size. Given the lace and placement of the seams, I could not get further alterations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

Really user friendly. Good quality dresses and it's cheap to get a trial dress to test out fitting or colour. No pressure from sales associates.

Ordered my bridesmaid dress from here by the try before you by and they came faster than expected and looked better than I thought they would on me. Returning the ones I decided not to keep was easy.
