If you are looking at Casa Recovery to assist with any mental health issues, please don't even waste your time or money. Even though they are advertised as a dual diagnosis center, they are not equipped to help mental health patients. Their lack of communication, negligence and false advertising have left us out a bunch of money and my husband isn't any better since being in the program for 8 weeks. Often told he had "slipped through the cracks", the team at Casa Recovery knew they were failing my husband but continued to keep him there without providing the proper tools to combat his illness. The Director herself was demeaning and belittling to patients and their family members. They talked about how they had a system in place and a custom plan for each patient, which is the farthest from the truth. Regardless of what you are there for, everyone goes through the same classes, day in and day out. Often repeating them over and over for no reason. Mental health help is hard enough to get in our country, when you entrust in a company that reassures you they are equipped, it's extremely disappointing and disheartening when they fail you. Please look else where if you have a loved one needing help with mental illness. Casa Recovery is not the place for them to heal.
