            Transactions occurred starting in October 2023 with final payment in April 2024. Total paid $6,500.00.The agreement made was based on my daughter being chosen to play on a "1's" level team of a volleyball club (A team), with professional coach & proficient players. The team ended up being (selected by this coach) of many "new to volleyball" players, subpar, with 2 coaches on the team- each with a kid on the Team. This created a complete conflict of interest on a paid athletics team. This team dynamic & experience is completely hindered by this element and the situations it created. We had conversations & complained to the coach and owner about the issues. We made suggestions to get resolutions and he decided to run things in the same way with his (coach) daughter running offense through her and creating a negative experience verus a true learning experience with an "A team" as promised and expected when signing up for an "A" team, not a "B" team. The coaches unprofessional tactics (due to daughters on the team) has been detracting from the learning process and tremendously from the experience. For several reason this has become a breach of contract, we seek a full refund. Thanks.
