I went into this dentist for a dental check up I was told I needed two porcelain crowns and Invisalign I was quoted at $8000 and was told that I could open up an interest-free credit card with a soft pull to my credit. I was told the monthly payment was $190 a month zero interest. Within days my credit score declined and the credit card issuer issued me my statement with a 20% interest rate for 5 years with an over $200 a month payment. With the interest the total payment will be over $12000 I immediately called the dentist and was told that I would get a call back before 4 PM on Thursday may 23rd. I never got a call back. I have called twice today may 28th and have been told I will get a call back but am now being ignored. I have not gotten all of my services and am trying to cancel the remanding services but am Being ignored. I was lied to and now my credit and my livelyhood is suffering.Initial Complaint

I was forced to do dental work with them. I went in for an appointment a consultation. I was not ready financially to make a choice to use them as my primary dental health care provider since I was not sure if I would want to utilize them. The receptionist kept making set up an appointment saying they can open up a care credit account for me I denied but she kept persisting. She told me I can cancel the appointment would be in 1 or 2 months. I told her I was not sure I was not ready. I left she contacted me a lot on my personal phone and work phone which is unprofessional. I called 2 days later to cancel the appointment that was set for 1-2 months later she told me it would be a $1000 fee to cancel and that I only had 24hrs to cancel I told her I was not made aware of this nor told that I wanted to see the paperwork that stated this she refused to show me paperwork that said so. They would charge me the fee on the care credit card they opened for me if I did not move forward with the appointment. The day of the appointment came they were not expecting saying they thought I canceled when I was not allowed to. I got Invisalign and I ONLY got provided One appointment during my lunch when they said it would be by appointment, not walk-in. I tried coming back so they can fix my bracket during my lunch, but they did not schedule correctly so I had to come back. The day they wanted me to come back I could not make it and told me that there would be a fee for rescheduling. I have not taken off my brackets since they were never fixed, have not received my Invisalign treatment, have no paperwork of estimates, or signed documents and the tooth they supposedly fixed is still in pain. I am also filing a claim for them opening a care credit card without my approval ruining my credit and charging me for services I have not received in a whole year which hopefully will be investigated. If you look into their reviews unfortunately many people have had the same experience as me.
