I responded to an ad on ******** and ordered 5 bars of Normans Beard Lab Grey Reduction Soap at a lower price per bar deal on Jan 6, 2021, at a price of $34.95. This charge on my credit card went to HAPPY SIMPLY BUILD UP in ******... I also got a bottle of Normans Beard Lab Beard Growth Vitamins which is basically a Super Biotin capsule at a Sale Price of $10.95. But this showed up as DREAM HAPPY PERFECT CURV (also in ******) on my credit card activity. WTH?? The package arrived, all together, in less than a week. Less than 3 weeks later, I get another package containing Beard Growth Vitamins THAT I DID NOT ORDER and WAS CHARGED $119.00 by MODERFINGERSCANNERDES of ******, ******. I called their **************** Number and was told that I signed up for a subscription service. NO, I DID NOT!! I told them I wanted a FULL REFUND and the Representative offered only 75% of my money and I keep the vitamins. To get a FULL REFUND I would have to return the vitamins THEN they would refund my credit card. NO PROBLEM!! Returned the vitamins on Feb 11, 2021, via **** and given a tracking number. Last entry on tracking was Out for Delivery on Feb 17, 2021. IT WAS NOT SCANNED ON DELIVERY AND I AM STILL WAITING ON MY $119.00 REFUND!! ... And on another note - The grey in my beard HAS NOT BEEN REDUCED EITHER!! (even 2 years later)
