My birthday was approaching and my daughter had plans to take me out for the night but wanted my hair done and nice for my birthday so she offered to pay for me to get my hair done I had a day to decide where how and tell her how much it would cost. I decided on braids and since my first experience as far as the looks only of the finished service turned out nice and lasted I decided to go back again more then a year later first thinking i would get the same results March 24,2023 i texted the owner and she called me back I voiced some concerns i had surrounding my previous visit and asked could that not happen again she assured me things would be different. I arrived there before opening March 25, 2023 there were issues none the less with the service and professionalism up front but i spoke with the braider who was late and told her my dos and donts and what i wanted and expected. Eventually i was done i was annoyed and frustrated by the time i left but i left and proceeded with the time i had left. since the braids were fresh I expected them to hurt and i knew not to pull or move them put in a hair tie etc so my hair wouldnt get damaged about 2 & a half weeks later they were lose so i went to move them and noticed they were sliding out and was not what i asked for also they were twisting like dreads which singles shouldnt do i didnt want to waste funds spent but i started taking a few out anyways because i didnt want the stress it was causing each day because of the sliding i began taking them out because i had too i finially after the slow process got many of them out and noticed the extent of the damage and text the owner she didnt respond so i called her no answer hours later she called me back i again explained the problem and she said let me let you talk to the braider i spoke with her she said nothing i spoke to sofia again via text to which she blamed me for my hair loss even after i sent in all the supporting pictures there is still no fix im not ok
