This store is rude, unprofessional, racist and biased with their employees. An employye by the name of ****** became very rude and very nasty arguing back-and-forth with me for about 5 minutes in front of customers and employees. ****** called me names such as crazy and insane in front of customers and in front of the employees. I asked ****** numerous of times to stop speaking to me and this is not great customer service to try to argue with a female and a customer. I asked to speak to a manager; he told me no and did not give me his phone number when I requested it. Another employee provided me his name on a *** card.****** should not be working at the UPS store if he does not know simple customer service skills nor If he doesn't know not to call a paying customer's names while on the floor and while customers are present and employees. The fact that AUP S employee was arguing with me calling me names made me feel very uncomfortable and I feel like I need to report this to higher authority.I would like to have someone call me or contact me back. I will be calling the manager tomorrow but I have no idea if I'm really going to be speaking to them or someone pretending to be since they don't want to get in trouble I also do believe that the owners of the establishment should know about this because if ****** did this to me , just imagine how many other people that he's done this too and they just haven't reported it or said anything. The owner of the store was super rude, nasty, racist and unprofessional. She kept telling me how she isn't going to read my email, apologize for anything ****** did since it didn't sound like him. She refused to read my email I sent her and corporate. She referred to apologize for her employee yelling at me and making racist comments. She said she agreed with him and she will not help me resolved the issue. Even though other customers were hearing us go back and fourth and they said she was wrong.Thank you ***********************

I am rejecting this response because:
The business doesn't want to take accountability for their actions. Any real business owner would take a serious complaint and look into it. What business do you know if their is an issue, you wont apologize for your employee cussing at a customer. Have being a manager myself, you should apologize to a customer for your actions & for what your employee did. Rarher you ageee or not that is customer service. The fact the you would say I was being rude to my mother is crazy. You as a manager asked me numerous of times WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO and everytime I said apologize for your employee cussing at me and you being rude. Everytime she denied. So I do believe your racist because you can't ask me what I want and I just want a simple apology and as a business owner your telling me that saying I apologize is too much and your that prideful to not do was right.

You refused to read the email and refused to look into the matter. I asked you to review the video you denied. Other customers agreed that customer service the customer is always tight rather you believe it or not. You don't know how to be a manager or business owner. All the yelp reviews on this business location, I'm not the only person complaining about how unprofessional, unpleasant this business location is. I'm not the only person based off the reviews who has been yelled at, they have talked to management and has had similar unprofessional experiences. So if others are having the issues, maybe you should look into that as a business owner because everyone isn't lying on you.

The owner/manager is racist, unprofessional and feels like she doesn't have to apologize for her actions or employees actions. The fact the she is refusing to give me an apology what does that say about her as an individual that saying I'm sorry or I apologize for my employee cussing yout out. Who in their right mind wouldn't apologize and obviously seems like she has a personal issues with blacks to be so prideful to ask me numerous of times what I want and refuse to apologize when that's all I want rather you mean or not. So me thinking she is racist my theory on how I feel, I have that right based off her actions as a manager and owner.

I don't agree with anything she said, I would never be rude to my mother. The manager told me to get out once I kept asking for an apology than telling me she will not read the email, review the camera. I cane in to get my phone number back since she didn't seem concerned about her employee cussing me out. That's why I called *** cooperation and filed a complaint and BBB.

      Sincerely,

      ***********************
