I had purchased an online hypnotherapy through part gift certificate for my birthday from my brother who lives in the UK of $300USD and the rest was paid by me of $100USD for a total of $400USD for the session from Bay Area Meditation with the owner/operator is ********* ******. On January 25 2023 my original appointment for hypnotherapy was booked for March 30 2023 and in the ***** email confirmation it stated that start time was for 1pm MST, however, in the communication INBOX where communication occurs on *********'s website (https://www.***************.com) where a client creates an account and it stated there that the start time was 1pm PST. Where I live at the time of the appointment, I am one hour ahead of PST. I was confused as to what the start time was and the appointment was rescheduled for June 7 2023 @1pm. When it came around my rescheduled appointment of June 7 2023 @ 1pm, I waited an hour ahead of time, and there was no communication from Bay Area Meditation, but after waiting on the 7th of June for the **** connection to come online, in the communication box under the website of https://www.***************.com all of the sudden the appointment appeared to be scheduled for August 9, then the appointment was moved to August 22, 2023 at 1pm. Again, I was ready ahead of time and waited, but there was no response from Bay Area Meditation. I reached out to Bay Area Meditation via ***** email, I telephoned Bay Area Meditation office and I left recorded voice messages and I sent messages within the communication inbox on the website of https://www.***************.com. I finally received communication from *********'s Assistant in the communication inbox and it ended up ********* was away abroad and had no idea of the appointment so then it was rescheduled for October 12 2023 @ 11:00 am PDT. On Thursday, October 12, 2023 @ 11.23 am, I received a recorded telephone message from ********* stating that she could not follow through with the appointment because there was too much construction noise going on in her condominium. I called ********* back and she answered. We talked and she said that she would get her Assistant to reschedule the appointment, however, the rescheduled appointment never came forth. I called Bay Area Meditation several times and I left telephone messages after a week of waiting. I sent emails to her via ***** and I communicated within the website communication inbox of https://www.***************.com AND NOTHING, NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. I have tried several times since ********* cancelled the October 12 2023 appointment again and no one has ever returned my communication requests via email or telephone calls to reschedule. I have sent communication emails asking for my refund and again there has been no response. I will attach email evidence and voice mail evidence of the above.Initial Complaint

I have been attempting to receive a refund since July 2022. They had a computer error which schedule everyone wrong so it rescheduled me to another date. I can not attend any other date and I have told them through countless emails, which I have attached to this. it states no where in their policy, which I have also attached, that I can not be refunded due to a computer error. I am not the only person she has scammed. Her googled reviews show she has been doing this for what looks like a year now. They make it incredibly difficult for you to get a refund and they refuse to talk to me about it, they just keep emailing me that they rescheduled me. This business is being run unethically. They have rescheduled me again for today at 1 which I can not make and have not emailed me back, which means if I am a "no show" then they can claim that I broke their policy.
