I recently bought a set of rims from this company back around the first or 2nd week in May of 2024 through ****. They shipped me the wrong rims. The rims had to be shipped back before June 11th. I shipped back the rims on May the 29th. They received and signed for my return on June the 4th and I have proof from the shipping company of that delivery to this company. After e-mailing them back and forth for about 2 weeks they stopped responding to me. Then on June 17th i received an e-mail from **** stating that I did not return the rims before June 11th due date and that my refund was denied. which is completely false, and I have proof.Business response

Wheels were purchased on our **** store with free returns. Return label was provided to you but wheels were never shipped back as shown on return tracking. In fact, **** has auto refunds once tracking shows delivered but **** closed and denied your refund due to wheels never being shipped back. If you did ship the wheels back as you claim, an auto refund would have been forced by ****.Initial Complaint

On February 5th 2024 I purchased a PRL motorsports exhaust from this company. As of today February 8th 2024 they emailed me saying they do not have the product that their was an inventory issue. I Stated that I would wait until it is back in stock to receive this item. They then stated that they may have shipped it to somebody else. They then stated that they have no eta on the product and may never get it again. I then told them I can wait to which they replied well we dont want to hold on to your money. They then told me they cannot get the part since Im ********** it is illegal. I asked them why it was listed and they said theyre lister listed the wrong part. I asked them if they could get the exhaust for me to which they replied this time with no we cannot fulfill this order. They offered for me to buy this exhaust at distributor price of 660$. I paid ***** on **** for this part from them. They will not pay for the part that they listed and they sold me. They will take my 660$ for me to buy one though. This is not good business practice.Business response

We notified customer immediately of issue with order as our catalog was incorrect and listed the incorrect product and part number with incorrect pricing. Refunded immediately. Not sure what the complaint is for as customer is trying to take advantage of a pricing glitch and demanding a $1000 part for $10.Customer response

On 7/15/23 I purchased to brake calipers online from Sparktec Motorsports. They shipped and I recieved 2 defective parts. They said they would allow me to return them for a refund. I returned them via ***** and they sent another two brake calipers after telling me they would refund my money. I sent back the second set sipping info attached. They received the second set (see ***** tracking) that was shipped dirrectly back to their supplier. I have tried to contact them for my refund and the do not respond. They have had my money and their returned parts for over a month now. I would like my refund.Business response

Replacement order was sent free of charge to customer. Customer states second unit was defective as well but has been confirmed by manufacturer that there is zero issues with the calipers after testing and is a install error. Warranty has been denied by manufacturer.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:This response is false.
sparktec motorspoerts sent me a shipping label for these parts to be sent back to their supplier. Sparktec Motorsports received a credit/refund for the defective calipers that I sent back to their supplier. I followed sparktec motorsport's instruction and they did not send my refund. I did confirm with sparktec motorsport's supplier (*******) that they did receive the parts and credited sparktec motorsports.

Shipping label was sent to you for the original calipers you ordered which you claimed were defective. We had ************ were sent out to you directly from Powerstop which you confirmed receiving. You then sent out the replacements back to Powerstop with no explanation which Powerstop has denied the return as they were installed incorrectly. In fact, original calipers you sent back were 100% tested working as well per Powerstop.Customer response

Looks like this order was placed on ***** You were refunded in accordance with **** return policy and all photos of damage/use of item was given to you at time of partial refund. The issue here appears to be your false return reason to generate a free return label when item you received is exactly as described in listing. Refund should have been $0 but due to your false return reason, we are forced to issue a refund of 50% minimum.Initial Complaint

Very purposely misleading **** listing with no attempt or intent to correct . Several feedback states the same problem. Seller should make it clear what they are selling. Tried to resolve with no help and ask for a return with no response.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I stated in the complaint I had ask for what they require in the listing in order to return and did not receive anything nor a reply to that. I ask that the listing be correct to state the fact that the listing is for one item only and not two which most are sold. The listing is very misleading and if you read feedback Im not the only one thats complained and yet nothing has been changed in the listings..*****************************

Two orders were placed by you for two individual rotors. Clearly shown in our photos and description. Nowhere in listing or photos does it show a pair. Just because another seller is selling them as pair does not mean we are. A quick search on **** clearly shows sellers selling both pairs, singles and sets of 4:

**** is aware of your complaint as well as has removed your negative feedback due to your false claims and asking for more then described in listing. Had we advertised it as a pair, this would be our error, but we did not. You are more then welcome to return the rotors as we offer a free 30 day return policy.

Purchased some wheel from sparktec march 26.and didnt hesitate to order from this particular company being it states that there was 100% return no questions asked. Asked a few question prior to purchase and received very quick responses. Once I received the wheels I read the box and it stated to check figment before mounting the tires. I did as stated seen they did not fit, I quickly messaged seller back to notify him. He quickly responded back but never asked for me to return them. So I later asked him how I was to go about returning the wheels and know I can not get him to respond. I have sent at least 4 different messages and still no answer. Then went to th web page to try and contact someone else. But there is just a lot lace to leave a message and no number. Although I did sent message there also but no response there either. Would like to get this resolved as quickly as possible. I didnt for get to mention you have to return before 30 days. Thank you hope to hear something soon.Business response

I bought a rim from this company on their online store on ***** I waited a week no response from this store about any tracking information. So I finally emailed the customer service. Some one named ************** From this store emailed back giving excuses that warehouse was closed due to covid . And recommend that I just should cancel my order. Because he had no idea whe. They would be able to ship the item. I then asked him , if they physically have the item in stick. He told me yes they due. So I told him I will wait. So another week and half goes bye , no response. So I filed a complaint with *****. Couple days later. They provide me a bogus tracking number , saying it would be delivered to my house on October 15, 2022. We'll I never received it. Tracking information said it was delivered to some mail room front desk... But not my house. I contacted the **** customer service talk to agent. Agent tells me that tracking number for my package was delivered to a different address and the weight was of package shows a small box that weighed less then 5 lbs. My item I ordered was a 18" rim that weighs over 30lbs. So not only did this seller purposely send my package to wrong address, they also didn't even send the real item, but a bogus item. To lie to **** to cover there ***** on ***** I emailed the seller to provide a physical receipt that's shows my address on it and tge weight of package. Seller blocks me and no response.Business response

Purchase was made through ***** Item was unavailable to ship and customer notified us to ship when available. Order was shipped and tracking was added to customer's order status page. Tracking shows order was delivered but if order was not received, customer can easily open a item not received case on **** and we can file a claim and issue refund if needed. August 29,2021 my son purchased A ***** V8 HEI Race Dist from Sparktec Motorsports in CA. He returned it on Sept 10, 2021 to the address on the parcel he received it from Sparktec Motorsports **********, **. I emailed CA in October and recived this response "we do have a distributor in ******** however i do not see any credit on their end that this was returned. We have been in contact with customer who provided a return tracking number that shows delivery to ********. We are located in ********** and have never authorized any return to be sent back to any address other then our location in **********. We cannot issue any refund until return has been received.
