      company "************ department" sent me 2 pairs of gloves that I did not order.

      After reading that items will be received in 5-7 business days, I still have not received my items. When searching the website online, a 'this site cannot be reached' error popped up. After attempting to search for other ways to reach the website, including my email sent with my ordered items and tracking, I still received the same error. An impossible site to reach again and still, no items received.

      I made a purchase on January 4th, since then the company's website has been down and I have not received the products purchased or an email indicating order status.

      On 7/1/22 I paid $29.85 for a bikini that is too skimpy. On 7/15/22 I emailed the company asking for a refund. They emailed me suggesting I regift it and have not provided return instructions after two further emails. I want my money back. Order #******

      On April 8 I ordered a bathing suit cover up for $35.25 from *****************. I received a confirmation email with my order number (#******) and a link to my order and updates. For a couple days the link worked and told me my order was being prepared. The last update was on April 11. After the, the link no longer showed my order-it just brought me to the website. I can find no way to track or find my order. I emailed customer service and requested a refund, as I have not received the order (4/17/2022). I have received nothing from the company. I want either the product or my money back and would appreciate your help.

      Oh Jan 11th of this year I placed an order for two swimsuits, only after thoroughly reading their return policy. I wasnt certain of my size since having a baby and I wanted to make sure they were returnable if they didnt fit. They arrived and just dont fit probably, so I sent them a customer service email requesting a return (as directed on their website). Stickers are all intact and suits are in original packaging. No reply. I wanted to make sure they had received the email so I sent a new message requesting return using their message box on their contact page. No reply. Its now getting to the point where the return window will be closed before I ever hear back. I would have been okay with an exchange but now I dont want to work with this company and would like a full refund/ return label. Thank you for your help.
