      1. Company employs, illegal immigrants to pay them half the cost.2. Porta potty is left on street side of the curb Porta potty smells has not been maintenance in the five months theyve been on jobsite location.3. contractors, blast, mariachi music all day long even though I have asked them to stop, I have called ********************* the field supervisor(saw him on the first day. Ive never seen him in since) 4. First, they didnt have the right permits so they had a tear down half the work in order to get the right permits to continue construction.5. They have been on the job site for 5+ months now no end in sight.Workers talk all day, long, and listen to music I barely hear a hammer or nail gun 6. they work on random hours, seven days a week. Sometimes to 8PM blasting music and it is summer we have our windows open.7. Furthermore, the lack of just disrespect coming into a neighborhood where our houses are very close ( literally their side yard wall is my bedroom wall ) but dont let that fool you. This is $1 million 1 thousand square-foot home in ********** (which is another complaint all together )and playing music all day. Long is crazy. This is not a job site. We work from home. We attend school from home and literally 9+ hours a day, bumping mariachi music there is plenty of other construction going on in the neighborhood we hear hammers we hear nail guns we dont hear music and talking all day long.8. The homeowners are just as dumb as the construction company they hired so theyre there all day with the annoyance and do nothing.9. I honestly think they are working slow to keep the job going in order to get paid. I couldve had the house reshingled insulated and walls put up by myself in the time that 3. (Im gonna use this term lightly )men have been over there working.

Please note before I go any further, this is not a customer it is a neighbor who has taken it upon themselves to make these accusations.

We do not hire anyone that is not legally allowed to work her in the US and how would this person know?  It is Absolutely ridulous that we have to defend ourselves against such outlandish lies.   The port a potty is cleaned each week and was picked up for a timed while we waited on city inspections. ( we have invoices for cleaning each week )  We are not sure how this person got ****'s last name but it is harmful to him to leave his name in such posting. As for music, if it was played, it was not loud, it was the neighbor who made it clear that they are not favorable to the Hispanic race.  While Here at Palm, we do not discriminate against any race or religion. Yes, workers have to talk to each other!  This is an angry person that was unhappy that their neighbor was upgrading their home.  The long days, working on the weekend and talking are all allowed and we go by the city ordnances as to when we can work and the times.

The job was for railing and stairs. $10,000 was the price and they are listed as a 5 star company. I was assured the best possible job. The workers arrived 2/14. By 2/15 I was noticing a large notche taken out of one of the 2x4 and it was supposedly finished. Then the brackets holding the posts are all crooked. Then the stairs. There were 3 risers for the bottom part of the stairs and 2 risers for the top portion of the stairs. There is a landing inbetween. So where there is more load there were less risers. Underneath the stairs where the post sits on the support, it was off kilter. The holes in the wood are not capped off. Then they took it apart and did it over. All same problems . 3rd time same problems. 4th time made more changes. The result is adequate I believe that you won't fall thru but asetitics are not good and he had to shim the off kilter post. A 3 day job took over a week. I had a tremendous chore to get them to.stop working and try to get a hold of someone in charge. They were reluctant to give out that info. The production Mgr sent the last guy (4th) to try to clean up. She said well keep doing it until we get it right. I am not here for a teaching program. They need to send me money back.

When ****************** had an issue with the first laborers, we replaced them so she was comfortable.  Our next laborer came and she very much liked the work and stated he was a 10!  Please see attached pictures.  All work has been completed and done in a professional manner and done well.  As for asking us to stop working, it was rude and we stopped immediately and ******, our office manger reached out and sent out a new crew. ****************** signed a completion form stating she was happy, paid in full and sent ****** texts saying she was please and that the work was a "10".  She also told us that she was going to charge us rent for the Port A Potty Being on her property because it would have been there over the weekend. So we paid extra for the company to come on a Saturday.  We stand by our work and reputation.

I hired Palm Construction, signed contract for kitchen remodel and gave $1000 deposit on Dec 6, 2021. Work to start Dec 8 with countertops and flooring to be removed that day....was told they would have plastic up with zipper for entire project, dumpster for trash, and a portable toilet here for workers. Got toilet on 3rd day, never a dumpster, had piles of trash whole job. Every work group put up painters plastic, many not reaching the floor nor sealing the doorways. Demo man didn't take up 2 layers of floor that needed to be removed (he told me the new floor could go down over old layers), and didn't remove the appliances. On Dec 9, cabinet men showed up to take off cabinet doors (to go to shop), put up new plastic and started sanding and priming cabinet frames. Project manager came in and corrected one or two things . On Dec 10, cabinet men painted cabinet frames, and took down their plastic sheeting. On Saturday, Dec 11, after 10 a.m. floor men showed up, stove and dishwasher still in kitchen and they didn't have a dolly. Then was told by them that the old floor had to be torn out so they started taking out flooring with no plastic up! They had to get plastic to install over doorways! They took til mid afternoon to get old floor up....then they started putting down backer board, finished around 4 pm. I suggested they finish another day. Long drive, so went to work on tiling around 4:30, it was getting dark (cutting tile outside). Finished after 7-7:30, floor was rushed, and got sloppy at end, ******** aren't even, some stick up and catch my feet. No work Dec 13?, On 14th, midday quartz countertops arrive...not finished to my desired edging! Put down without my ok! Floor tile grouted on Dec 15, chipped a tile. Cabinet doors return on Dec 17, no hinges? Promised interior hinges? Painting kitchen, putting on drawer fronts with handles. Got old 3 different pair/color of exterior hinges! Cabinet doors only one coat of paint over old!
